“Stopped by recently to drop off an old surge protector/power supply for electronic recycling. Pretty easy to do and they wil lgive you a receipt for it, though you'll have to do your own accounting for the donation as they ring up a $0.00 amount.”

And when I need something replaced in my laptop they always replace it for me when I purchase a replacement product from them and they have a warranty on all replacement parts if they do the work replaced what needs to be replaced and you purchase the part from them or one of there reseller”

“This is now my go to mailing hub. The staff is super friendly and they give personalized service. I am always greeted with a smile. They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. I highly recommend this business!! Keep up the great work.”
“Tom helped me out today in a major way! I came to pick up a print order for my wedding invitations I purchased through canva. I realized there was an issue with the order on my end. Tom went above and beyond to help. He was short staffed and had customers he was helping and instead of just telling me to get it fixed with canva, he finished helping who was in line and took the time to fix it for me. This was a huge relief. If I need any othe FedEx services im coming here.”

Tom has always been helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to just have a small chat with while going through the process of getting the items ready to ship. I have had my kids in with me before and he’s pleasantly interacted with them and gave them coloring books which made their day. I love the small town feel of this PO and I don’t take my business anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. Thanks for all your help Mr. Tom!”

“I created two posters for the upcoming Diwali celebration for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital. The colors of the posters were not accurate due to my CMYK file printed as an RGB file. What was a purple brown background should have been a beautiful Magenta. Stephanie, at Staples, Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA. dedicated herself to make sure this project was perfect. Nicole, Manager, and Abigail also helped. Chris, Manager of printing at Staples, Union Blvd, Bethlehem, also made sure this project was stunning ! I am hoping that they realize what an impact they have made with these two beautiful posters. Even two women behind me, who I didn't know, said 'wow ... look at these beautiful posters'. I highly recommend Staples at Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA and Staples at Union Blvd., Bethlehem, PA !!”

“Stopped by this store today and was dropping off a regular return but since I'm traveling I don't have access to easily package and wrap it myself. The lady who was working the register was very nice and offered to pack it into a box and put bubble wrap in for me. Thank yall very much!!
