“I have been with them cause they’re close by takes me about 10 minutes to get there by foot so it’s convenient! Some people there are friendly some are not so nice,but it’s not too bad,A lady did something that was very nice she saved a tv for me that I won months ago and I didn’t get the msg for some reason,but when I decided to go there after a long while she told me to stay put for a min and surprised me with the tv! I had a little bit to do today, but Brooke let me know that only a few branches were open today and referred me to the correct banking location, which was very helpful.
In addition, assisted me and my son with the app so we can find the proper documentation for the DMV and I really really appreciate it.

“I was told that my problem was resolved,but it wasn't. The lady told me the hold on my card has been lifted and all I had to do was wait 5 or 10 minutes for it to refresh. An hour later, i go to the atm and it says declined. So I figured maybe she was a bit hasty with the 5 to 10 minute deal and I figured I'll try a little bit later. Several hours later, I go back to atm and it still says declined. I know my funds are good, so I am sure that the lady simply didn't do something right. But since it was a saturday, they had already closed. I feel like she intended to help me with my issue, but the know-how was rather cloudy. For these reasons, I still gave a four because I really don't know what a poor review would accomplish. I enjoyed the conversation with the associate and left happy. What more could I ask for? Oh yeah, actually getting my issue resolved. Oh well, I suppose i'll take things in stride and just make another attempt at solving this rather bothersome happenstance. Good day to all you folks. Keep up the hard work. I can't say good, just yet, but I am remaining hopeful for that in the very near future.”

My teen thought it was ok to keep overdrafting his checking and making it go on my credit score. Tyler stopped that but yet still let my teen have a bank account.
