“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”
“I don't get to the store often but I was pleasantly surprised at how neatly everything was organized. There was a lot of merchandise to choose from and no line at checkout. A nice relaxing atmosphere in the store.”

“Very clean building, have a good assortment of items and very fair priced. Kind of nice that it is a weird location, you miss high traffic areas compared to other Marshalls locations. Sort of unique.”
“I just had to post about my last visit.
Nothing bad, a normal visit but we were at the register and my wife asked if chimes were included in the sale since they were with all the outdoor items that were on sale. The guy said it should have a sign posted, it didn't but he went back and checked anyway. He came back with a chime, rang it up and it was on sale. The wife wanted a different chime, so we got out of line and went looking.
We came back and now there was a line, there wasn't before.
Anyway, after a bit the guy up front went to another register and started ringing up people on the other register. I think the customer had a issue with finding a coupon or something ? so he moved over to keep things moving. ??
That was when we both noticed we hadn't seen any other employees while we there.
Once we got to the register, my wife asked if their was anyone else working? He said it was just him and the manager. On a Saturday.
Anyway I just wanted to recognize the young man for his diligence in the situation.
People always want to post negative things. He was very kind and helpful to all the customers. Most situations like that, you will have a cashier not as friendly or as helpful as my guy was, and maybe even with a little attitude.

“Really good options on travel bags! Had great coffee options. Bought discounted Hannukah products. Excellent home good sections. Prices were very fair and enjoyed it. A combined TJ Maxx and Homegoods offer a lot more. It’s in a strip mall so be mindful of that.”
“In and out quickly with the online ordering and pick up in store option. The Target on Lebanon Church Rd is usually well stocked with household essentials and health and beauty products. Rarely have they been out of something I was shopping for. Employees here have always been polite and helpful. The store is and has always been organized, neat and clean. We used to shop here often but moved. Now it's too far out of the way to regularly shop.”
“This Eddie Bauer store sells their factory clothing and accessories for women and men.During my recent visit, I entered the store and walked around with no employee greeting me, but when I checked out, the cashier did greet me. I would have preferred that the store have a larger selection of hoodies, but I did find a nice shirt to buy for a reasonable price.”

“This location has a great selection of products and most of the staff were wonderful. I would avoid being checked out by whomever was working the big counter on the third floor though, as they were all nearly catatonic. Trying to complete a transaction for three items with Kathy was extraordinarily frustrating.”

“I am a secretary at a church. We have hired David Davis Communications to do some work in our education building. Today, two elderly church volunteers and myself needed assistance with holding doors open and even lifting two heavy boxes. Two kind David Davis techs went above and beyond to assist us. It was much appreciated!”

“I buy dog food, cat food, and bird seed at Tractor supply. The employees always greet me with a smile and hello. That means alot to me. I like the small town atmosphere. They help me load the heavy bags of seed and dog and cat food into my vehicle, with a smile. It's always a nice place to shop. I buy their t-shirts in the spring and fall. They are comfortable and easy to care for. Their prices are really reasonable for what they sell. I am giving them a 5 star review. I don't understand the mean review that the other customer gave them, just because the employees closed early that day she went shopping there. There might have been an emergency to force them to close. And the customer was mean enough to leave such a low review. I give them 5 stars. Thank you for being there Tractor Supply and for your nice employees. I appreciate you.”

“The place was very clean and well-organized.. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The cashier (I think her name was Parsley or something like that) was very helpful in showing me how to use the self-checkout. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to price out the wireless earbuds in the five beyond section as they had no price listed, but I understand that it was opening day for them so they may not have gotten to everything yet. This is the place you can go to when you feel like shopping just for fun. A great place to take kids shopping as most items are five dollars or less. Overall a great experience and I would recommend taking a ride up and seeing what you can get for five dollars or less.”
“They've been running low on products alot lately and taking a couple weeks before they restock them. When using the app for ordering somethings they will tell you out of stock while other items you don't no until they notify you later on in your email. Another thing they ued to make chocolate and lemon filled donuts and they don't make them anymore. Those are my favorite. Can't seem to find them anywhere. The fluff filled ones are really good though. They're donuts are really fresh.”

“Had all the regular departments, but felt like mostly clothes. Not alot of choices otherwise. Went to buy sunglasses and only had 50 pairs or so with few variations in styles. Disappointing for what I needed. Store is big, clean and modern. Busy early in the morning.”
