“I experienced the best level of customer service ever working with Jason at the TMobile Bridgeville location. I switched mobile and home internet services, so had a lot of plan, transition and financial questions. Jason took the time to explain everything to me and also do all the set up / transition work while I was in the store. Overall, I’m now saving a lot of money and have a better quality of service over Verizon and xFinity. Jason has continued to be responsive weeks after the transition. Do yourself a favor and evaluate TMobile over existing service providers then run don’t walk to see Jason in Bridgeville!”

“Heidelberg xfin has Very helpful and easy going staff. This is my favorite xfinity store to go to because of their customer service. Too many other xfin stores want to add on crazy charges (Bridgeville wants to charge you a fee for using CASH) or refuse to do certain transactions at all (both south hills stores) , such as paying your bill. Great store, great people. The only one I'll go to.”

I was rather clueless and he was helpful, kind, and patient. He knew his stuff and upgraded my plan, which was more than I expected! I was really grateful!”

“The 5 stars aren't for the store itself. The 5 stars are specifically for "Alex," who was the ONLY person who was able to address my problem. This is after many attempts and three different stores later. He was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. If only everyone we encounter in this world was this competent, the world would be a much better place.My only regret is that he received no commission for the service he provided me. So, people who want to switch to Tmobile, or those who want to purchase a pricey phone, specifically ask for "Alex." He deserves it!”

“went better then expected when calling, which was to disconnect their service, mostly because verizon has a better offer currently (at least in my location)I had originally called may 17th, and thought i cancelled service, but for some reason it didnt work and got charged today.But after calling it was resolved and the money put back into account and everything, and it was a suprisingly smooth and quick process that i wasnt expecting to be so smooth, i do gotta say that was impressive.”

“My fiancé and I went into the store yesterday because we were confused about charges on our bill and had questions about the package we have. Matthew was amazing from start to finish. He greeted us as we came in the door. He took his time and explained all of the charges and answered all of our questions. He made the necessary changes for us and also switched out our equipment and explained what we needed to do to get everything up and running. We went home and through the set up and it was easy and hassle free! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service he provided. He explained the packages but there was no pressure at all! Thank you Matt you’re awesome!”

“I rate the people at this location 5 star, Verizon like 2 or 3 little stars.Short staffed, they still jump though hoops do what they can. Get good deals, tell us how to work the system, and explain any options when signing up. They are give the customer what they need, not just trying to up sell for max profit.Now if Verizon can get systems that work. Those deals don’t work as advertised, since the site just give errors. Still waiting for the deal when you bring your own device, if we can somehow push the magic button at the correct time:) It took bout 3 months of trying for the Disney bundle to work.”
