“A positively glowing experience with this store this afternoon! I mainly dealt with Rachel, who was over the top helpful and knowledgeable, but also interacted with two other young men. I didn’t get both names but one was Chris. They worked tirelessly and patiently to get my new phone up and running. However, most importantly, I was extremely grateful to all three of these associates when I got home and received a call from Chris, who asked me if I was missing a ring. I looked down at my hand, and sure enough, my wedding band was gone. It was exceptionally honest of these three associates to contact me, especially when I never felt the ring come off! They remained professional, and asked me to describe the ring when I went back to the store, so they could be sure it was really mine. So grateful to have interacted with these three, both with my purchase & my learning of their honesty. It was a very refreshing and happy experience. Thank you, Rachel, Chris, and the third young man for your outstanding help this afternoon. I hope the owner of the store and/or your manager sees this review! You should all be commended! “I am a T-Mobile home internet customer of 3 years and my original Gateway recently broke. Initially I went to another T-Mobile store where I was told that I would have to wait one month for a new Gateway to arrive because it was on backorder. Obviously, I did not want to be without internet for a month so I went to the Bridgeville store for a second opinion.
I explained the situation to Kiko, who listened closely and immediately proposed a solution to my dilemma. Less than an hour later I was on my way home with a new Gateway and no extra expenses out of my pocket. I had internet service again that night.
I highly recommend working with the Bridgeville store in general, and Kiko specifically. She is kind, caring, and smart, which is a great combination for anyone and not always easy to find in the world of tech support. She made what had been a frustrating situation instantly better and made a point of leaving me with her personal number in case I ran into any additional problems and needed to follow up with her. I cannot say enough good things about working with her.”

“Amazing service by Humayun. Me and my wife switched from Metro due to service issues. We are old and are not technology oriented Metro people were not at helpful. We switched to cricket . Humayun helped us out of the box . He taught us the usage of phone very comfortably. Now we can do video call to our son far away from us. Humayun made us fan of cricket. Great experience. We highly recommend to go to South hills village cricket.”

“I have an iPhone 13 Pro and it was really difficult for me to find a repair store that had my screen in stock to get it replaced within that same day or relatively soon. I came and visited them on Saturday and even though it’s a busy holiday season they took care of me and replaced my phone screen within 20 minutes. The manager and the staff was very helpful and I sincerely appreciated everything they did to help me! I really recommend them! It’s right by Sephora too. You can park in target and walk right through & you’ll see them.”

“It was like one of the best buying a new cell phone experience in my life.
Bc of Michelle! I wasn't sure what I was going to do I need a new phone and service and at a very reasonable price a guy on a tight budget price.
I'm outside looking at the signs in the window and about to go into Metro when Michelle appears like a goddess out of nowhere and asked me if I needed help and I told her I needed a phone and service ASAP on a poor man salary.
She's like I can hook you up get you going out the door at a price that was very right.
I just can't compliment her enough and I'm not just saying this because she's beautiful. But she is haha. That always helps with sales right?!
I was in and out in less than a half hour all hooked up exactly what I needed did not try and upsell just gave me exactly what I needed easy peasy.
And then she told me that this is her last week she's getting a new job and I'm like damn that sucks for me anyways but congratulations.
She's been there 10 years and is not getting paid properly.
All I can say is cricket you're making a huge mistake and losing a superstar employee it's hard to find great help like her she's fast knowledgeable very customer service oriented I mean she's like a pro at that job I never dealt with anyone that good at that job. Cricket you should do yourself a favor and pay her, and beg her to stay you will not get anyone better. And I wish she would stay so when I need help I could see her again. Thank you so much again Michelle for making my day!

“recently walked into this T-Mobile next to vision works to get a phone This visit accomplished what I was looking for I am happy with my new phone although That said, entering into this store was unwelcoming There was an employee sitting closest to the door in a hat who came across as not caring to give a hello, looking down at his phone what made things worse was that he remained seated the entire time. It is clear I’m older and have a difficulty standing for long periods. The simple gesture like offering to sit at a table or standing to assist would have gone a long way toward making a customer feel comfortable. after a minimal effort in being acknowledged when entering the store it was a stab at what kind of customer service the representative chose to give and reflects the efforts given to As well”
