“I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Berwyn PA thanks to Charlie. We have recently switched to YouTube FIOS from regular cable and the learning curve is rough. We had some issues trying to figure out how to set it up. The original rep who sold us the plan was fine/just ok …but Charlie’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with the set up. I can’t thank him enough for explaining everything, being patient and taking the time to help us. I recently visited the Verizon store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kenyatta. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the plans, promotions, and technical details, which made my decision-making process so much easier. Her patience and friendly demeanor turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and positive experience.

“I’ve found this place through Google and happy that I did as I was initially unaware of this establishment. I brought my phone in due to my screen not working. Upon meeting the owner, he is very pleasant, professional, and informative. I then left my phone with him in hopes of fixing it. Sadly, the issue with my phone was beyond their scope but I truly appreciate the honest effort in fixing it - as well as the owner not charging me (not even for labor) due to being unable to fix the issue. I fully support any place that works with integrity like this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner even recommended a place to me to help fix my now motherboard issue.”

We had purchased a new cellular iPad and were having trouble transferring the service from the old one to the new.
