“We had gotten our grandson a hover ball for Christmas there. They had it outside the other day and the wind took it, they were unable to find it. We came to your store yesterday in hopes of finding another one. I stopped one of your employees, I believe his name is Devon, and asked if you had any more. He told us to check the clearance in the lighting department. We did, but unfortunately there weren't any. As we were leaving that department he came up to us with 2 hover balls and said he had found them in another place. He went out of his way to help us make an 8 year old boy's day. “Totally satisfied. I called to ask about donation pick up. The woman on the phone was nice, helpful and patient. On pick up day, the young man was helpful, answered my questions. Took door and frame, old 7’ Christmas tree, large garbage can, and old power tools. He explained why he could not take other things which totally made sense.”
“Update: Adding a star back for the outstanding help Andrew gave us today. He showed us the two different locations where they kept area rugs and stayed with us the whole time so he could look up on his phone which items were in stock in what sizes. So helpful.
