    “I stopped here on a whim and boy am I glad I did. It was a small, reasonably priced grocery store. The dairy selection was great, I really enjoyed the little premade meals, the cut of meat I got from here was excellent & reasonably priced, but my favorite part was the cake. I paid $2.50 for the most delicious, gigantic piece of banana cake. Upon opening it when I got home the wonderous scent of banana wafted up to greet me and the taste did not disappoint. I am driving out of my way to visit here again.”

    “Cooked foods department has some great tasting chicken pot pies. However, some Giant Eagle's can overbake the pie. Light brown crust is good, no to dark brown crust because the filing is dried out. Fishers Heights Giant Eagle does an excellent job baking them. Price could be better for its size but, it is delicious in my opinion.”

    “All the cashiers are very friendly and helpful. I have no issues with prices. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is there is just one lady that works in the delli.Very rude and not nice at all.C...y! Other than that its a great store to do my shopping.”

    “As far as Dollar General is concerned, this one is fairly typical. The employees are personable and do their job without making you feel unwelcome, which is a jump up from most DG's. They need to work in recovery and stocking better. It's almost impossible to walk through the store without running into all the unpacked product waiting to be shelved. Its not super professional but it seems that most people have come to accept it as typical of these stores.”

Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
