“I ordered a new phone upgrade online and had the pickup location set to the Viewmont Mall store. There was an issue with the order and it never showed up in the system at the Viewmont Mall store. I spent hours standing in the store and even on the phone with customer service. Both the personnel at the store and on the phone said there was nothing they could do and that they couldn’t even cancel the order. I was so frustrated that I went to the Scranton Carbondale Highway location where my wife ordered hers and within 30 seconds of walking through the door they cancelled my order so that I could re-order it. The staff and manager there are the true meaning of customer service and I highly recommend the Scranton Carbondale Highway location! The Viewmont Mall location needs new leadership in my opinion.”

“I went with my mom, and she initially had some issues, but it resolved itself. The service still needs to be more aware of personal information on shared accounts. Hopefully, my mom can get everything settled correctly eventually, but we think it may take jumping through some unnecessary hoops. Update: She got help and they sent her a newer device; they also changed the number for her since she was getting 20-50 spam calls a day. It turned out ok in the end for her.”
