I informed them that mother had just passed the day prior and that I was in a bit of a hurry......no problem. They helped me with both quickness and efficiency! So glad I chose this bank and this location. Not sure why there's so many negative reviews bc I haven't experienced ANY negativity here. I would recommend this bank to anyone.”

“Honestly, had i written this 24 hours ago id have given 1 star only cause 0 isn't an option. After a HORRIBLE experience with truist customer service over the phone, I walked into that branch today with every ounce of my being expecting to close my business account and go elsewhere. I was angry, confused, frustrated and nobody with truists national customer service line could give me an accurate answer to my question, then I got the opportunity to speak with Diana the branch manager and wow did my perspective change. Right off the bat, she gave me every ounce of her undivided attention, immediately asking what happened so she could fix it. By the time I was done talking to her, I felt relieved, I had clarification, and most of all I felt heard. Not to mention she corrected every single concern I had and I left happy to be banking with truist. If you need something, I promise, setting up an apt to speak with her was the best thing I did.”

“I've been a customer for 46 yrs, checking, savings,mortgage, son's mortgage, equity loans, etc with issues with hacks,ogins, etc. I would not feel comfortable doing business with any other bank I've heard of. The customer service is consistently friendly, helpful and excellent. Most recent example is a hack that required me to close 4 accounts, change autopays,direct deposits, debit cards, checks. I was dreading going through all of this but NT Bank (Megan and Beth Ann) took care of the lions share of the load with just a few signatures from my wife and I. This is typical, not unusual.
Personally I don't think anyone who has ever done business would switch to another bank.”
“What an incredible person Lori K. at 19th Street in Allentown was today. She walked me through the scary stuff of someone hacking my credit card. She took time to a calm me down and reassure me that in a few minutes I would have a new card. She looked at all my past expenses. How reassuring it was to know I wouldn’t need to spend my entire Saturday re-entering my new card. She helped me activate it. Wow. This old gal is a super satisfied customer. I have been since 1988!!!”
“We just closed on a mortgage with QNB following a large home remodeling project. Brian Adzema was wonderful to work with! He was organized, friendly, knowledgeable and a great support during some crazy times. He helped us every step along the way and made the process so easy! Plus the rates are great. “I was on a time crunch during my lunch break Eliane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She informed me about being able to check my FICO score and also instructed me how I could set a digital wallet while awaiting the arrival of my replacement debit card. It was a quick process but I obtain so much information in that short period. My card information was compromised while on vacation. It has been very inconvenient and frustrating going through the process of reaching out to all my billing providers.With the help of Elaine she reminded me why I still bank with Wells Fargo. Sometimes you need to wait awhile to speak with a person in the office. But when it's your turn , they don't rush you. On occasion I've been to the wind gap, mount bethel and the stroudsburg branch.
