“I was looking for a EGO mower late in the season and stopped in to see if they had one. The mower they had was mis-marked and wasn’t the one I was looking for. Cory B. (Store Manager) stepped in and ordered the mower and had it for me in 3 days at a very very fair price. I will be driving to Johnson’s for all my hardware needs, supporting local is important to me, and Cory’s attention and customer focus was much appreciated and gained a customer moving forward.

I'm pretty careful with my electronic tools, and am a firm believer in "buy it for life" kinds of purchases, but the warranty they offer on the above mid-grade tools is hard to beat. I will always consider the Harbor before going to the other brands.”

“Me and my 10yo son were at the store today and he wanted a kids wooden toy kit. After walking around for 20 minutes trying to find one we asked the gentleman in the electrical department (I wish I got his name) but he went way out of his way to get my son a kit. This is why I spend 10s of thousands of dollars a year at Home Depot and will continue doing so. Thank You it made his day as he loves building thing's. Have never had a bad interaction with any employee here they are always helpful”
