She definitely went above and beyond to make sure they got what they needed. She was clear about pricing and helped get things sent to the printer. I think people behind me were impatient but I know those other customers needed and appreciated her help. Well done!”

“I’m fully convinced that there is no such thing as a mean USPS employee because I have literally never met one. The ladies working at this office are always the sweetest people on the planet! I’ve mostly worked retail and service jobs and have dealt with my fair share of difficult customers, so my heart goes out to folks who work any kind of customer service. Post office ladies are top tier customer service.
