“Brought my 1 year old scared Japanese chin in for a walk in nail clipping. Zach in grooming, greeted me and took her in shortly after he finished a doggy groom. He was so gentle and loving towards her, clipped her curled dew claws with such ease, thank you Zach for a beautiful job. Staff is also do friendly!!”

“The store was very clean and smelled good. I was impressed with how much the store has improved. However, I felt like I was interrupting a private conversation between the associates at the counter. They did not seem very professional and nobody asked if they could help me as I stood at the front. Also, there were 3 people at the front, but nobody in the store to ask if we needed any help. Very odd visit.”
“Sabrina at Petco Paoli is the BEST! We have a very naughty, 90lb Bernedoodle, that I can only imagine how difficult he is to bath and groom. She's never had a negative thing to say and does an amazing job every time. Very thankful to find someone to work with him and his anxiety issues!”

“The only reason I'm giving 4-stars is because of the owner. The two employees we worked with were solid. However, when we came back to visit our puppy a couple of times during the week (had to wait to take puppy home because he was from out of state), their vibe totally changed when the owner was around. The owner of Playful also owns Ruh Roh's pet shop around the corner. Same thing happened there. Employees were very nice without the owner present and very stressed when owner was there. Anyway, I don't know the backstory. Maybe something stressful was happening at both places on multiple days.Last thing....negotiate! The employee who helped us told us we can negotiate and we saved $700. The next day, when we returned to visit our dog, the other employee never told the other customers to negotiate and they paid full price.”
