“I entered the post office with trepidation, unsure if I had the proper mailing address for my package. Christopher was tremendously patient and kindly answered all my questions! He was extremely knowledgeable on the passport process and what I would need leading up for my passport appointment next week! Its such a relief walking into this office knowing the staff are so friendly and helpful! Thank you again!”
“Always a nice smile In and out quickly. I am disabled and never rushed. Being disabled makes parking a little tough. You can park in front or in a lot. The lot is further. So I choose to wait if there is no parking in front.”

“It's a small post office but everything you need is there and you ran out pretty fast as people are in there I can't remember if it works if I really really good at getting a PO boxes in Excel”
“We had our passport appointment here this morning and I can not believe how quick and easy the process was. We were early and the appointment before us didn't show, so we were in and out. The lady at the front who prepped our paperwork and took our money orders was short but helpful. Not rude, just not friendly. When Larry took us back to do our photos and process our applications, we actually had a blast. He was just so nice and helped put our anxious daughter at ease. I can not recommend Larry enough!!”
“I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful ?”
“I had a very pleasant experience yesterday at the Florence, NJ USPS branch. Lisa was incredibly helpful in finding me a shipper that fit my needs, including helping me pack my items. She also recognized at least two other customers while I was there, showing her care for the community. Great job Lisa and thank you!”
“Nice local post office. There's rarely a line and you can usually be in/out quickly. NOTE the business hours reflect the small community it serves.
(I used to live in a city where the post office served a larger population and had longer business hours so this took a little adjustment for me.)”
“Employee named Shaketa helped with our passport application and photo services. The whole process took about five minutes. Incredibly professional and hardworking.”
“Had an issue with an item I bought marked as delivered, but never received. Contacted the post office and was called back within the hour. I appreciate the efficiency at resolving the matter at hand. Thank you to the supervisor of this location and his team for calling me back.”
“The local post office at Peddlers Village in Lahaska, Pennsylvania, is a noteworthy example of efficiency in a small package. Its compact space is impressively well organized, allowing for a smooth and easy experience. The staff here are particularly commendable; they are not only friendly but also remarkably efficient and helpful. Each visit to this post office is a positive experience, demonstrating that excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere can thrive in a small setting.”

“Very nice postal service. I’m always sending from this office and never had a problem with my packages - on time deliveries and satisfied customers!Thank you! Also, friendly workers!!”
“It's tiny and rather worn-looking but if it's your town post office, it's charmingly the same for decades (push, don't pull!). The postal clerks have a dry sense of humor and know their regulars. There are post office boxes, stamped mail drop, and a stamp machine for after-hours business.”
“I love the USPS -- I go in the late afternoon or early, and the service is extremely quick. All the different staff I've had are nice, sometimes funny. You can also withdraw money from your bank for free without paying any fees.”

“Love this post office. The staff is always so kind and hardworking. It's easy to get to. Busy, but never overcrowded, and anything I send from there actually gets to its destination.”
“I have always had a good experience at Huntingdon Valley post office. The staff works hard to get us our packages. They are kind and courteous. I have seen people be rude to them and they maintained their composure. I wanted to add a good review because I’m sure many like me have had positive experiences here, but we don’t always remember to leave good reviews. Thanks to the dedicated Huntingdon Valley PO workers!!!”
“Appointment for a new passport book. Melanie was pleasant and helpful assisting my mother with the process of her application. Melanie made the process was fast and easy. Melanie provided service in a courteous, professional manner with positive attitude.”
“My mail carrier Melissa is the greatest!! She is super nice, brings my packages to my door (I live in an apartment complex), and is the most reliable on earth. On Melissa's day off we get Shannon who is equally sweet and nice. We've never had better mail carriers than these two (sorry John). Keep up the great work Melissa and Shannon!!”
“This location is incredibly convenient, but the parking lot is an awkwardly narrow shape, slightly treacherous, and the building is crumbling to the ground. They've done a lot recently to reduce unwanted loitering and there's a bus stop directly out front if you need to take public transport.
That said, they have a large PO Box area which is accessible after closing, they process passports inside (appointment required) along with a usually well stocked mailing material area.
The staff is generally knowledgeable - although that knowledge has been dwindling over the years - but they're all absolutely miserable. They are efficient and usually very good to move the line along, but don't expect a smile or even a hello. It's also shocking if there's actually more than one worker at the counter.
Bottom line, they're a large and efficient Post Office, but it's best to have some knowledge about what you need ahead of time; expect a wait and a grumpy face.”
“I've been using this place a lot recently, selling stuff on eBay. The staff are really knowledgeable and efficient, and friendly for the most part. There's plenty of parking and I've only ever stood it queue for a a maximum of a couple of minutes, it's usually pretty quiet there.”
