When I had trouble registering, I came into this branch, and it was straightened out for me in a prompt and friendly manner. The teller I dealt with even ordered more checks for me on the spot when I mentioned that I had depleted my supply and gave me a practice check to use immediately. With so much banking being done electronically of late, sometimes one still needs human interaction and intervention. Northwest Savings Bank provided just that without fuss.”
