I have banked with Dollar Bank for decades and have never had an issue here and each teller or representative has been friendly and accurate with prompt service. Beyond that, I have had additional bank accounts with other banks and credit unions in the area and my husband has banked with other institutions. Dollar has outperformed all of them by far.”

We originally used one of the larger banks (PNC) and they denied us loans when our credit is outstanding and we had cash in our accounts to show them we had a safety net for the business. We had to talk to PNC bankers in New York and we felt insignificant to them. At the end of day Jennifer made it super easy to secure the funding we needed for our business. Fast forward each Brentwood bank employee that we have worked with has been great.”

Cody was very helpful, professional, respectful and explained things very clearly so I could get the type of checking account best suited for my needs. He answered any questions I had.I did call ahead late in the morning to make an appointment for that afternoon and there were no issues at all. The whole process took about 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hr 30 minutes.
