“Just a 5 star experience from initial phone call to and through service of my vehicle. I called with providing I formation of what I am hearing with my car as I’m driving. Debbie, walked me through what to check what to look at and ultimately decided I needed to come in to have a mechanic take a look. I brought it in (against the wishes of Debbie as she felt it could be dangerous to drive) and the mechanic took the car for a drive, and came back and reported his findings. He had the parts in stock AND completed the service on my vehicle with minimal wait time. Come to find out the “mechanic” who drove my vehicle and explained in detail the issue, and got it worked on immediately, was in fact the owner!! Go figure, an owner, taking the time to truly help a customer, new customer, to be clear, diagnose the issue, and make time to complete the service was just truly an amazing feeling. Oreland Auto has a customer for life, and will service my family of cars for ever. A true sense of family from initial call, to walk into the door, to leaving. Grateful to have found them.”
