“We had such a wonderful stay at The Hotel Hershey! The property is absolutely beautiful—elegant, grand, and impeccably maintained. Everything felt so clean and thoughtfully cared for. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping was especially impressive—our room was spotless and refreshed daily with great attention to detail.
What really stood out was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many fun activities, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting for families. It’s the perfect mix of luxury for adults and fun for kids. From the stunning grounds to the excellent service, this hotel truly lives up to its reputation. Can’t wait to come back!”

“I HAD THE PLEASURE OF STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AFTER A VISIT TO HERSHEY PARK,I WAS VERY PLEASED FROM CHECK IN -CHECK OUT. THE ROOMS WERE IMMACULATE ,WELL EQUIPT .THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND ,AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY QUIET. I ALSO FELT EXTRA PROTECTED ,BEING A WOMEN AND TRAVELING ALONE WITH MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDCHILDREN BECAUSE THE ONLY WAY TO THE ROOMS ARE THROUGH THE MAIN LOBBY WHERE THE ATTENDANT WAS THERE TO ASSIST THE GUESTS . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.I WILL BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR .”

“Update November 2025. Classic Courtyard Marriott. Does have small bistro. Rooms are spacious. Location close to Hershey restaurants and attractions. Exceptional guest service from Amanda and Duana. They made our stay so enjoyable last month when we traveled down to Florida that we felt we had to book again at this Courtyard Marriott on our return trip. I've spent my career in sales, marketing and advertising and these two employees best represent the Marriott brand of customer centered service. In travelling from NH to FL, we have stayed in small boutique hotels, inns, b&b's, vrbo's, yet these two made us feel most welcomed and so well cared for during our stay. My husband and I hope management recognizes these two outstanding employees. We will be back again because of Amanda and Duana.
October 2025: Great stay, very friendly and professional staff, good location. If traveling I-81 its a bit off the beaten path but Hershey is a really cute town.”

“My boyfriend booked a room for my birthday to surprise me. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working. The staff and manager at the front desk were absolutely AMAZING! They were able to put us in another room with a working tub! The rooms were both very clean and smell amazing. Ideally I'm sure that's not how my boyfriend had things planned to go,but things happen.... everything worked out... and i had an amazing bday!”
“Not very far from Hershey Park. Room was larger than normal. Comfortable king mattress. Room had sofa, desk, fridge and microwave. Indoor pool. Exercise Room. Free hot breakfast. Service was very good”

“This motel is downtown Hershey and was a great location. The clerk in the office was polite, nice and ready to assist us with anything.
The only drawback was the shower pressure was weak.

“Staff is super friendly. Great location. Rooms are a little run down but spotless. My only complaint is the pool pump broke and we couldn't use it , but I guess it's no one's fault and staff said they are getting a new pool soon. I would definitely stay there again. Being pet friendly is a plus too”

“If you need a clean room, cheap, this is your place. Has all the normal room items you expect. Didn't see an pool, but i wasn't look for one, needed a bed and a shower. The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot worked, as well as the iron and ironing board. Had in room USB ports to plug in my charging cords. Left very satisfied.”
“Was going to cancel based solely on reviews. I'm glad I didn't. The first person I ran into couldn't speak English . She immediately went for someone who took care of check ins.He was very friendly. He let me check in early. The room was spotless. Bathroom same way. The elevator was fine.I unloaded our car and went to pickup my wife at her seminar.She was concerned about the negative reviews also.We were both really happy with the accommodations.The breakfast was really wonderful.Everything was covered. They had a great assortment of goodies.We will stay here again.”
