I always have had a good experience with sales personnel but the last time left me FLAT! I came in to return a purchase and the face on her was like I had just robbed the store. I had good results. I needed to exchange gifts from my grandchildren who are very tall. They got me xs but not petit. The Philly store does not carry petit so they gave me a gift card. I will order from the catalog in future. Wish they did carried petit.

Went in for the 20% off bras and the staff (a wonderful male) in the waiting room was more than helpful for me to find the exact size and type that worked for me. Was happy with the Simone Bile tank. Was chatty, helpful, and complimentary. They were sadly out of a lot of sizes tho so I had to buy some items online :(
