I had an issue with switching my sim card from my broken iphone to s23 ultra ,and I was no longer receiving any text or sms from iphone users ,I went to main verizon store and they told me you should contact Customer service, I did but they couldn't help with it ,they send to apple they couldn't help me either, until I went to 24th and oregon verizon store ,The Boss Mr Lawrence

“This isn’t my neighborhood store I went in today because I was having issues with my phone not receiving service( it said SOS ONLY NO SIM). I was just driving by when I noticed the store here on City Avenue. I stopped inside. Told the guys my problem and they assisted me right away.
