Somaly was extremely welcoming, greeted us with a warm smile and ensured all my queries are answered. Surprisingly, she was present at the reception to welcome us but she was also handling my request as a teller. She went above & beyond, definitely a great employee at PNC.

They usually only ha live one person working at the counter at a time. This, wait times could be much shorter if other employees would jump in when patrons are waiting. Other than that, friendly staff
