Every time I go to Ross your associates are always working and are very nice Miss Diane is a Diamond They don’t make people like her anymore and I have to say the rest of the associates are very nice from the guards to the cashier and everybody else love my Ross Thank You Tina

Great selection, even tho the store looked like it didn't have much left. There were still a lot of really nice items. The staff were friendly and, for the most part, knowledgeable. I was l able to finish my shopping there tonight! I'm finally done, and Ross played a big part in that.

Awesome inventory. Good lighting and clean. Somewhat friendly staff. ( Need to check the door staff sometime though).
