“A cute store in the heart of Philly. Decent selection of comics, trades, hardcovers, and children's books. Role-playing books. Character figurines. We walked in 40 minutes before closing, and the clerk was super helpful and genuinely nice.”
“I like 5 below in any location but this one is just so big and beautiful. My children love it also, they are so amazed when we go to this one in particular because of how much stuff they have, the 2 floors and definitely have mentioned to me how clean it is☺️. I myself agree it's very well kept and clean, the shelves are stocked with items for your home and family+friend's, and my personal favorite is the staff they are helpful, they are polite and I have no complaints about this store at all it's definitely a must stop when we are downtown.”

“Be careful going to 5 below it's cheap for a reason because you can spend a million bucks in here. I spent 400.00in here the other day. They have a lil bit of everything and for five bucks you need it all and you buy it all. Cashiers are friendly and security is to. Safe area with plenty of parking”
“I've been to this Barnes & Noble countless times, and it’s easily one of the most beautiful locations I’ve visited. The selection is perfectly curated, the atmosphere is inviting, and most of the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly...except for one.
Today, after countless times of ignoring a certain employee and not allowing their behavior to affect me, I finally felt compelled to speak up. Once again, a slightly older male employee wearing dark glasses made my visit unpleasant. This employee, working at cashier number 2652, responded to my simple question with a slightly snarky tone and ended our interaction with an unpleasant "Bye."
Despite feeling uneasy, I chose to respond with kindness, wishing him a great day. However, this pattern of behavior has made my visits uncomfortable. I hope management sees this review and takes the opportunity to address this employee’s approach to customer service. I don't wish him any reprimand or ill will, I just hope he is encouraged to treat every customer with kindness and professionalism so that no one else has a similar experience or feels discriminated against.”

“I always enjoy shopping here with/for my little one. The layout is so nice (easy to navigate with a stroller), and the store smells wonderful (something I’ve always noticed when I first walk in). This was the first shop that came to when I found out that I was pregnant a little over a year ago, and they continue to have a good selection of newborn outfits. There is also a nice selection of baby and toddler clothing from Colored Organics.”
“Love being greeted at the door. Loved the music and vibe while shopping.Not too fond of the self- checkout! Found out if you began to pay for your items and come up short, there's no way to refund your money or remove an item. Five Below needs to add this process to their self checkouts or bring back the registers operated by people!”
“I had a great experience here during my visit to Philly. Found a Marvel Legends Netflix Punisher for an unbeatable price and will surely be back when I make another trip to the area. The store is cash only at the time of this review so keep that in mind before you visit because you will likely find something that you want to buy!”

“First off, I've mentioned in my other reviews I'm typically an online shopper, however, I struck out online trying to buy The Nintendo Switch 2, so I headed to Gamestop the next day to see if I could land a pre-order. This location changed me from an online game shopper, to this store being my new store of choice for gaming needs. They handled the Switch 2 pre-orders so well and they've been a great staff to deal with on the two occasions I've gone in since then. They're nice, knowledgeable guys I enjoy dealing with. They're gonna continue getting my business instead of the online retailers because my experiences with them have been great. Thanks guys! Now I'm gonna quit writing reviews and get back to enjoying that Switch 2 I picked up earlier!”
