Decent when they’re open, however they are often closed during hours they are supposed to be open!!!

Went in for a walk-in passport service with everything ready, but the employee was rude and refused to help because she was busy with others. I understand being understaffed, but customers shouldn’t be turned away for services being offered. Disappointing experience.
