The staff, including the lady with brown, shorter curly hair and glasses, are doing their best to provide good service despite the challenges they face, such as being understaffed and having an outdated facility that could use some improvements. While some customers have had negative experiences at this location in the past, recent reviews indicate that the situation has improved, with the staff being described as polite, friendly, and patient. Baffling experience. Passport appointment booked in advance, and not only are they not able to handle passport appointments due to a lack of an agent (per the sign), but they are just closed fully. Neighbors indicated this is a daily occurrence. Sigh.
