Customers have had great experiences at the local Post Office, with friendly and helpful staff, quick service, and smooth transactions. Despite the occasional frustrations associated with post offices, this location is praised for its efficient and pleasant service.
Extremely rude. The woman behind the counter cut me off mid sentence multiple times, and did a very poor job of explaining what her question/concern with my packaging was. She turned me away and I still don’t even understand what the problem was with shipping my packages.

Truly unhelpful staff. Also be advised they make you get back in line and do none of the actual mailing prep for you, even with certified mail when you already have your own envelope.

I've been here twice and I'm shocked--absolutely SHOCKED--that both of the people behind the counter were pleasant and not rude. So shocked that I feel compelled to leave a review. Because the majority of employees of Philadelphia beaurocratic governmental offices are the most unpleasant people you will meet in your life.
