Absolutely terrible service.
The woman working the window on 11/5/25 gave me one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
She answered the window on the phone having a personal call then proceeded to insult my intelligence when I told her my package was at that location.

I went into this office and was told the only worker in there had just went on 30 minute break while waiting at least 10 other people showed and the 30 minute break turned into 45. It was awful so many customers and no one workinh
