“Four Winds Gallery is a great place to buy beautiful, high quality, contemporary Native American Jewelry. I've recently become very fond of contemporary Navajo Channel Inlay and have already purchased several pieces from Four Winds. I have one David Rosales piece and several by Jimmy Poyer. I love the clean, modern aesthetic of both of these artists, and the precise, high-quality execution of the work.

It's easy to make purchases through the gallery's website, and the accurate descriptions and multiple photos of each piece mean you can buy confidently. Shipping is fast and affordable, and pieces come beautifully and thoughtfully packaged. I will continue to be a Four Winds repeat customer.”

I love the glassware and kitchenware in the back. There is a lower level as well. The light fixtures would be worth investing in too. They have cameras, super 8s, vintage everything, art.”

“The gentleman at Pittsburgh Plating was very helpful when we brought our very old compote in for advice. We wondered if it would make sense to have it re-plated. He knew everything about the process and took the time to let us know what's involved. His advice was to enjoy it as is, so that's what we'll do. Highly recommend this place!”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Artifacts in Pittsburgh, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience for any lover of unique art and antiques. Walking through their thoughtfully curated space felt like stepping into a living museum where every piece tells a story.

The highlight of my visit was discovering this stunning oversized art piece that now graces my foyer wall. The scale and presence it brings to the space is remarkable - it's become not just a decoration but a true conversation starter with a nearly half century from the late artist. What makes Artifacts special is that they don't just sell items; they connect you with pieces that resonate personally.

The owner guided me through the selection process with knowledge and patience. They took time to understand my aesthetic preferences and space requirements, then introduced me to several one-of-a-kind options. There was never any pressure - just genuine enthusiasm for helping match the right artifact to the right home.

What sets Artifacts apart is their commitment to authenticity and history. Each antique, whether a mid-century modern chair, an art deco lamp, or a Victorian side table, comes with its own provenance and story. The owner even delivered the mid century art piece we purchased himself!

If you appreciate the thrill of discovering something truly unique that nobody else will have, I highly recommend visiting Artifacts.”

“This was a very cool and overwhelming stop, the rooms are never ending with all kinds of items, and so many different floors of goods. It seems going upstairs it feels haunted. This building is very very old and looks to have stories to it. Overall it was the most interesting antique place I ever been to.”
