“The prices are a little high on some things but you can get good value of you come on the right days. Their produce often gets marked down for a quick sale before it goes bad, so that's a bargain of you need those items for immediate use. And they keep the produce section well stocked and always looking beautiful. They also have markdowns on their deli items at times. And you should try their fried chicken sometime! (They are known for that) The employees are usually very helpful too.”

“Local family owned grocery store. Not many cashiers, but consider yourself a temporary employee & ring and bag your own provisions. No cash back. I frequent North End and Phoenixville store on 724.
I like their chef creations and ready-made meals for one. Alcohol like beer and wine is available for purchase but at a specific register with your ID. Don't expect to check out all of your provisions if you have 15 or more items at the beer and wine counter. I'm not absolutely clear regarding alcohol purchases & store policies since i dont drink beer or wine, Collegeville redners on 29 is awesome, too. I'll drive out of the way for their donuts. Bakers at Pottstown and Phoenixville are not as talented as Collegeville baker. . .”

“It’s a very clean store most of the individuals in the store speak and then you get to the register and something else totally different especially when you’re at self check out just recently. I was doing a check out and the woman that was working at the register, really no personality you know most people in this store. Speak to you. This one didn’t have anything to say she came to the register and you know there was a problem a she looking to see if I just put something in the bag but clearly if you’re standing right there in front of me, you can see that the item that I placed in the bag with something that I already scanned for this isn’t the first time it’s every time I come into this store and don’t give me wrong. I think this giant is really great. It’s really clean, but stop acting like everyone is suspect ! we come to the store either every Tuesday or every Thursday we at this store and we shop we do the same thing over and over you. You know it’s a relaxing time for myself because this is the only time I get to shop without my grandchild because she’s autistic! It a peace time for myself!. I like to take my time when I’m shopping since I don’t have my grandchild with me. I can do my shopping and I can check out slowly I have and don’t have in a rush! But every time we self check out The ones that work there in the morning, horrible”

“This place is quick, prices are high but in comparison to most chain convience stores I find it is priced lower. As far as service, some days it's Mr. "Hell will freeze over before you will catch me smiling," others it's the young one who notices your need to check out only when his personal cell stops ringing (and he seems to be we quite popular) then there is the young extremely sweet and courteous exact opposite of Mr popular pleasant and helpful and of course there is the one that every store needs, he sings loudly and with enthusiasm while executing little well timed dance moves through the check out process. You have to wonder who you will encounter each trip but to me this is all part of the charm of this local small business and only minimally detracts from the convience of this convience store!”

“Never had a issue whenever I visit. I go as soon as they open on my off days and I get in and out pretty quicky so it's nice. They don't have exactly everything you need, but most of the stuff I do need I find there so then I don't always need to go too walmart or something. Also hugely convenient cause it's only 5 minutes from where I live.”

“They have been redoing the store, so it has been a mess trying to find things. They were supposed to open when done in November 2025. Did they reopen? I haven't been going there since it was such a mess, but I really like the store and hope that it is nicer now.”
