“Dropped the vehicle off yesterday and the keys in the drop box. Rushing to get there on time, which I did, I left my I'd and debt card in the car on the driver's side on the floor. The lady I'd trying to tell me it's not in the car and that they will call me. 2 hours later no call & I called back and still nothing. I know it's there. I took a picture of it through the window and it's on the floor. Please I really hope they stop playing around. Other then that great service & friendly .”
“Bergey’s Paint and Body Shop made good on a promise after acknowledging that my work order for repairs fell thru the cracks. After almost a year waiting for a part, they found the work order New Years Eve day and got me in today. We are only human and make mistakes.
