“UPS is convenient and reliable, superior to USPS in every way. Their prices are reasonable, and locations are numerous compared to FedEx. Personnel in UPS store are friendlier than US Post Office workers. Unlike the local Post Office which is often out of many mailing supplies, you can purchase supplies you need for mailing and shipping, and can even have the store package and ship items for you. And unlike FedEx centers, the hours of operation are significantly longer in a UPS STORE. I also have never had a problem with a package arriving late or going missing which I definitely cannot say about the US Postal Service.”
“I needed FedEx to take a label from my phone because I didn't have a printer. The actual FedEx store in Walgreens said I needed a QR code and sent me off.PostNet was awesome. The sweet man took the label from my phone, printed it, gave me the FedEx envelope and off it went. He actually couldn't believe the actual FedEx "On Site" couldn't get it done.I was very grateful.”

“Been here once, and it was a great experience! I buy stamps about once every two years, and for my most recent trip I landed here. Since there were no other customers to hold up, I asked about the seasonal/holiday stamps. The staff enthusiastically brought out a whole binder of them. They paged through every sheet with me, even gave me a run-down of how long the current ones would be available and when the upcoming specials would arrive, just in case I wanted to come back later. Truly went the extra mile.”
“Went to the store for toner and ink. Didn't find all that I needed but a salesman came to me and asked me if I needed help. I was looking for HP toner in blue and yellow. There wasn't any on the shelf, but he went back to the storeroom and got them for me. I am sorry I didn't get his name but was grateful for the help. I really didn't want to go to Best Buy.”
“The man that runs the front, the gentlemen with the long brown hair, he is very kind. I was ready to flip out when I learned ups lost my package. Apparently got lost somewhere in Bethlehem
. But he was very empathetic and I was able to chill out. Working on getting a refund from seller. Lost a whole guitar worth $100s of dollars”
“A playset we ordered was delayed, and we had to reschedule delivery for the following week. I called once I saw the shipment had made it to Scranton and spoke to literally the nicest rep ever. She got a hold of the manager who was able to get our order on the truck that morning and we had it in an hour! She made my son’s day! The delivery driver was awesome and brought it up our gravel driveway!”

“best postal service yet! i've been going to this postal office for four years that i've been here for my undergraduate studies. bob and jim are the most patient, kindest and friendliest ever. they're amazing at helping when mailing out international parcels, with customs and everything really. i haven't met anyone kinder as they are in my local post offices. they are truly the best! definitely come here for help / mailing out your items”

“Alway's kind,speedy ,expert service.Many time's have aided me in finding proper method,or cared enough to mention if my packing needed extra touch.Amazing how a few different ladie's,all know the job so we'll.Im in between 3 of the best branches around,DaltonWaverlyLaPlume.Peggy,my route carrier,alway's cheery and never makes a mistake.Suprising with such a large route to deliver.Any Complaints is when they must fill in her run while she is on holiday,might only be small office branch but the delivery run she cover's,takes 2 vehicles when she is off on vacation.She know's every home and person.Must be patient and show understanding with smaller branches as often time's to conserve labor expense,may be only one staff member attending the counter and phone support so be kind,good people at these branches.The USPS try's to time lunch from 11-12 with the Waverly branch that is 1 mile south east and LaPlume branch 34 of a mile North.Very smart choice.If you happen to be there during their lunch,within 1 mile are 2 other branches open.”
