“Very happy with my experience at the Ephrata storage location. We had a climate controlled unit. Used it a few years and then removed our things. Everything looked as good as the day we stored it. Short of 5 stars because their is no person or office at this location. A little hard to connect with a human being.”

“Storage Sense -Bird in Hand was a top-notch storage experience for us with our RV! We experienced a medical emergency when camping in the Lancaster area and unexpectedly needed an immediate place to store our camper. The staff at Storage Sense were extremely responsive, kind, and understanding in our moment of need. At a time of great stress, we were relieved to quickly find a solution to a situation that seemed very daunting and complicated to us. Now, a month later from our emergency, we were able to return to the area and find our camper safe and secure at the Storage Sense facility! Thank you, thank you to your staff! We highly recommend this facility!!”

101 South Lime Street, Quarryville PA 17566
“Only 2 small issues I have is not having the ability to walk out of the fence. There’s no keypad inside the gated units, only a vehicle can trip the sensors inside. Also it can be selective trying to pick up my motorcycle even though it’s close to 1000lbs, bicycles definitely don’t register. The last would be the potential for a flat tire due to screws, nails etc dropped accidentally by people moving things in and out. There are a fair amount of motorcycles that come in and out that could easily get a flat, 15 mins a day with a rolling magnetized pusher would help insure the safety and cost for everyone there. I try to pick up and dispose of them each time I go to storage if I find any.”

222 Seymour Street, Lancaster PA 17603
“I've used this place recently. The woman at the front desk keeps this place very clean. I move yearly so I've used my share of storages in the area. The storage units are pristine clean. The lot where the storage containers sit is kept beautifully cleaned. I was shocked at how nice this storage area is kept. I had no problems. Read your paperwork before assuming you get anything back. I had no problems with any pests or bugs. When I couldn't pay online I called in and the front desk woman would call me back and take payment over the phone. The next time I move, if I stay in this area l, I will definitely be using them again.”
