“I had never heard of Vionic and stopped in while shopping in the area. Much to my surprise I was looking for just that, a supportive shoe for my trip after an ankle injury. Jeff greeted me with enthusiasm and plenty of knowledge about the brand I had never heard of. Jeff asked me a few questions and asked if he could measure my foot and if he could take the initiative of pulling some items for me to try. I sincerely appreciated his approach of asking as he was not wanting to be pushy and setting a boundary for me to decide. He was so helpful and understanding of my likes and dislikes. I could not have asked for a better experience at this store. I felt like Jeff kind of brought back this old school retail customer service that was above and beyond if that makes sense. I would highly recommend this store and I will be back as there was so many other cute items and accessories to choose from including adorable purses. Thank you Jeff and my feet will thank you too!”

“Customer service was 10/10! I needed steel-toe boots last-minute for work and this was the only store in a 10-mile radius that carried them AND in sizes that fit a woman’s 8.5 foot. The staff member who helped me (I never caught his name) was incredibly knowledgeable about the shoes and their stock history. Absolute lifesaver of a store and staff.”

“I went in search of shoes that I could wear to a wedding, but that I could also wear regularly so I could get my moneys worth out of them. Unfortunately I did not find many that would work for me. I have wide feet and only saw two shoes in a wide size. Then the shoes I found that I liked were not in my size. Luckily I was able to find one pair that would work for me, even though I didn’t really like the way they looked. I also found that the shoes in the “clearance“ section were still quite expensive so I’m not sure what clearance means here. On the bright side I was able to find a coupon to use and the cashier was very nice. Next time I shouldn’t wait until the last minute to go shoe shopping.”

They were very helpful in helping me an nice about digging out the shoes to show me what they had in stock to choose from .. The store is well stocked for the whole family needs. What I appreciated most was how thorough he was…he broke down the differences between options, helped with sizing, and made sure everything felt right before I decided. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience, not just making a sale.
Noah is professional, knowledgeable, and has such a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across service like that, and it definitely made a lasting impression. I’ll absolutely be coming back because of him! I might end up buying everything in store lol. He styled me so well.

“I was in this store on Sunday 7/31. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Chris and she was incredibly friendly, positive and helpful. I went to the outlets to look for some pants for work and hadn’t planned on going to just one store. I’d originally gone into the women’s clothing store next door to return something for my wife and then decided to start my search at Perry Ellis since I was right there. My plan was to look at what they had, check some prices and then move on to a few more stores and once I felt like I saw what I liked best go back to whatever store it was and make my purchase.None of that ended up being necessary. Obviously I found pants that I really liked, however, but the main reason that I decided to stop looking was because of Chris. She was a breath of fresh air and made such a positive impression on me that I honestly had to write this review. She is an awesome employee for your company and I hope there is some way that she can be recognized for her work and attitude.Thanks so much for an awesome experience! “This Converse outlet located in the Philadelphia premium outlet mall is very convenient to walk to the parking lot. They do have lot of collection of shoes and clothing. We liked the options for Shoes. There are lot of items to choose from, and coupons are available in the app and as well as VIP membership with the Simon outlet mall app.
The staff is friendly and willing to assist. We liked this shop, and prices are reasonable compared to regular stores.”
