“I purchased a 11x30 lathe. Did lots of research and found literally precision Matthews had the best customer service and parts availability. I was skeptical because most companies today customer service dont exist at all or parts. Ive owned the lathe since late December 2025. It has had a few bugs to work out, nothing serious, but now it is actually a very decent lathe for the money. The most important thing is they have outstanding customer service and parts shipped very promptly! This is so rare to find today and I give a HUGE thanks to all employees at precision Matthews for their dedicated hard work and patience with many questions I had before and after the sale!! A big thanks to Matt as well for being a part of the customer based communication!! This service alone makes the sale hands down!!

While I was shopping, Bob noticed that I was in pain and having some difficulty because of my back. I never asked for help, but he kindly offered to carry everything to my car and loaded all of my purchases for me. His kindness and thoughtfulness truly meant a lot to me.

I'm so glad we took the time to stop in today. The 2 gentlemen who were there today were so nice, and very helpful.
I was looking for goodies for a Sponsorship Basket that I'm putting together for an event my business is sponsoring.
The basket I got didn't have a price and the price they gave me was so reasonable. It's a well made gift basket it's in the pictures below. I was expecting a much higher price than they gave me.
Don't be fooled by the everyday Garden Center below, their Gift Shop upstairs is truly to die for. It's quaint, and so cute.
It was truly a pleasure to stop in and meet the guys running Robinson's. I very much look forward to the next time I get to stop in.”
