“I can't believe I forgot to write this review after we moved our things into storage last month! I just had to come back and give Angelo the recognition he deserves.
From the minute we walked in, he was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the whole process. Moving is stressful enough, but Angelo made this part of it soooooo easy.
You can tell he really cares about helping people and wants to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's not often you come across a customer service person that feels this genuine, and it really stood out to us.

“Signing up online was easy, and Maginnis called soon after to tell me what hours the office would be open to verify my ID, which was very helpful—I might have arrived too early if I hadn’t gotten that call. They were also very helpful in explaining everything to me and demonstrating how the app and locks work. The reduced height storage lockers are kinda weird and hard to access with the provided ladders but I had prepared myself for that in advance. First rate customer service”

I’ve been up since 5 o’clock this morning, and everything kept going wrong, and I thought that was going to be my last straw because it was pretty close to closing, but she was very helpful. “Their movers were FANTASTIC!!! They were very efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, I was moving out 7 years of life, with only a 3 hour time window, in a very hostile environment. They busted their butts to help me get everything out as fast as we could. The environment was extremely toxic (while we all packed up) and they really did help me get through it easier than I would have without them. The way they packed my storage unit was truly a work of art as well! I would recommend them to anybody that would need movers in the future!”

“Very clean and spacious storage unit. The owner was always making the outside look very presentable. Liked how there was always someone there at the desk and that the codes protected the entrances. Stuff was climate controlled and the lights went on as you moved upon the floor. Would definitely use them again if I had to use them again. Great for short term rental while I moved residences.”

The management is excellent. When I first visited, they showed me the unit and I was able to complete the entire rental process, including signing all the paperwork, in less than an hour.
Tysean is a great manager—very professional, helpful, and always makes sure the property is in good condition. Whenever I have a question or need help with something, he responds quickly and takes care of it right away.
I also really like the app that allows you to access the facility without having to get out of your car. It’s very convenient and has always worked perfectly for me.
There is always someone available if you need assistance, have a question, or need to make a payment in person. Overall, the customer service has been excellent.
