I walked into the shop and asked how much it would cost to repair it, and one of the guys up front took it back and took care of it in two minutes. Despite me offering to give him something for it, he didn’t charge me. It’s clear these people are interested in helping customers out.”

“I showed up very frustrated at my previous three T-mobile experiences with 611 and other T-mobile stores. After I explained, Eduardo made sure that I what's taken care of (611 told me to take the Wifi unit to any store, and they would email me a lable not true). He stayed on the phone with 611, until he got a label for me, printed it out so I could take it to Staples and return it on T-mobile's dime.
Im so glad, Eduardo resolved the issue that no other store wanted to help me figure out. Thank you very much.”
