“Naomi and William are super stars!!! I’m telling you these two know their stuff!! I needed a new phone and a new plan plus answers to several questions in addition. They were kind and patient and very very knowledgeable! I have never in my 64 years had such a fun and relaxing and enjoyable time at the phone store.. I’m not kidding ! I hugged them when I left and said I’ll be back ! Thanks you two for everything !”

“I came to the AT&T store on 5th St Highway with inquiries and the idea that I might leave with a phone if things made sense for me and if I was able to not exceed my budget. Shykiki was an absolute gem! I had many questions and at no point was I made to feel like I was being a nuisance. I was met with a very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient employee who was able to juggle multiple customer without making anyone feel rushed. I can in an hour before closing but in no way did feel like I was not being attended too. Shy made sure that everyone was helped and I can tell that she is a hard worker and that she loves her job. The customer service was BEYOND. I now have an iPhone 17 Pro Max with insurance and accessories and I didn’t break my budget. I couldn’t recommend this store or Shykiki any more. I will absolutely be coming back to try and get an Apple Watch and Air Pods. I will be asking for Shy and you should too!!! Thank you AT&T and thank you Shykiki.”

“The gentleman we dealt with was extremely helpful in finding a phone we liked. He didn't try to push the more expensive phones and even put the phone in the phone case and installed the screen protector for us. The phone left the store 100% ready to use. Superb customer service!”

“What started as my prior carrier dropping the ball today, with not only screwing up my plan, but with terrible customer service, turned in to me walking next door to Boost Mobile. Maribel is an excellent Rep for your company. From her recommendation of the iPhone 16e, all the way to her professionalism and genuine assurance that she was going to help me with the right plan, was awesome. Not only did I get everything I needed, I got back one of the biggest things missing, when shopping retail. I got back the best customer service in 10 years, no exaggeration. Thank you Maribel, for not only your professionalism, but also your kind and beautiful energy. Hats off to Boost, for hiring a great team member, like Maribel. 🍩🌰🥤”

“I’d like to commend 2 of your employees from this store, Vanessa and Carolina. They were extremely curtius, helpful and went out of their way to help this smart phone illiterate person. I was truly taken back by the service that I was given by both of the ladies and it did my heart good to be treated in such a manner, I would recommend them and this store to them at anytime. Just thought I’d let you know that you have two exceptional employees and I did not want to let it be unknown. J Frederick Helm”

Michael demonstrated excellent product knowledge and was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. “I showed up very frustrated at my previous three T-mobile experiences with 611 and other T-mobile stores. After I explained, Eduardo made sure that I what's taken care of (611 told me to take the Wifi unit to any store, and they would email me a lable not true). He stayed on the phone with 611, until he got a label for me, printed it out so I could take it to Staples and return it on T-mobile's dime. Im so glad, Eduardo resolved the issue that no other store wanted to help me figure out. Thank you very much.”
