βThis mom and pop store is a true old school hardwear. And has a HUGE selection of Milwaukee tools, especially power tools.
They are always very helpful and patient. Highly recommend going to them over one of the box stores.
I got a killer deal on Milwaukee power tools set that was $100 more expensive at the box store.β

βExcellent hardware store! They literally have almost everything you could possibly need, and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what they sell and where it's located! They also open earlier than most other hardware stores, so that's also a plus too!β
βCalled ahead of time for specific item, to make sure he had it. Also gave him the model number. Said he had it and would save it for me. When i got there, he had it upfront already. Paid the man and went on my way. When i got home, found out he gave me the wrong item. Had to drive back a 5 miles to exchange it for the correct item which they did. My mistake was trusting the salesman and not checking the item myself. Apparently he needs to educate himself on his products.so customers don't have to go back and return wrong items.
Wasted time and gas money.β

βI was able to buy special order shutters for my home. My original order was properly placed with specific details itemized and referenced in the order and reflected on my invoice. Unfortunately , the manufacturer sent the wrong style shutters and the date to re-send the correct order would have been months away and not acceptable- especially since it was a mistake on their end and the right thing to do would be for them to expedite the correct order. The Piscitello Team made many phone calls and inquiries which professionally and appropriately influenced the manufacturer to expedite and deliver the correct shutters in a timely manner. Thank you!β
βGood to have a local hardware store so that we donβt have to schlep to Home Depot in Stroudsburg. Friendly customer service. We found everything we needed in a pinch for our paint project. The surcharge on using a debit card is annoying but like I said in a pinch this place works!β
βI love to shop at this Lowe's store. It is always very neat, clean, well stocked and organized. The staff goes out of their way to assist you, if you need help locating an item. The staff is also always ready, willing and able to guide you, when you have questions and/or concerns about a project. I like the respect and service I receive when shopping here. There is plenty of free parking at this store. It is easily accessible as there are no steps upon entering the store.β

βPurchase new lawnmower 05/21/24 from this store was told it would ship to store 05/24/24 long story short came to store 05/28/24 called homedepot corporate assured me 05/24/24 never came came 28th! The store manager Leticia if I spelled that correctly called me and gave me $60 credit bc I had someone cut my grass! Have to say itβs not the stores fault the people working at the Easton store are very helpful very knowledgeable and courteous to myself and my wife since we moved from New Jersey to Easton area! Didnβt ask for this nor did I think Iβd get this and this store manager was such a kind person and itβs my go to homedepot store Easton Pa! Thank you so much Easton Homedepot!β

βIt's just like any other Lowe's. The people seem nice, however, I didn't interact with them much. The item i bought was a few dollars cheaper at home depot, but I know Lowe's has items that are cheaper than home depot.β
