βReally good mushrooms. I just got back from shopping at my local Tops Market on Niagara Street in Buffalo and I just had a couple of them raw. They were on sale two packs for $5. Mushrooms are really good for you. I read somewhere you're supposed to have them everyday. Garlic and onions too.β
βThis place is my go to for nondairy and vegetarian options. They have puddings of different flavors I can’t find anywhere else nearby. I come from PA to shop here. They also have great sandwich’s and desserts. Checkout is always friendly and non judgmental when I forgot my reusable grocery bag. ( the paper one is LOVED by my cats for many weeks)β

βAsa my husband and I love all your products that we have purchased so far. From Halah meats which are always nice and fresh, not to mention tasty. Then there are the other kitchen and household items is always a plus , especially the seasonings.

βExcellent produce selection and prices. They have a nice variety of foods from India, Turkey, Mexico, China and more. My only complaint is that it could be better organized and you do need to check expiration dates. Overall, I think it's a great market with some odds/ ends items like small home and kitchen items. I left off one star for organization and cleaning..β
βThey had beautiful produce, but high prices. It was dead, so all of the attention was on us, but freaky. I'm not a thief, but in this overly crowded, overly stimulating world, it felt odd. My husband asked where the bananas where. When he saw the price, he just said no, so we left. Everything looked like it had just been picked. If you like the freshest produce, this is your spot. If price is your concern, debate on it. We did not debate. We went to Walmart. I usually buy my produce at Trader Joe's and Produce Junction. We decided to try The Produce Place to be different.β
βWe have been so happy to buy our weekly produce here! I love trying to eat locally and seasonally and the Produce Peddler provides me with a wonderful assortment through the seasons! The produce is fresh and beautiful and it's exciting to see what comes in each week. I especially enjoy tailoring meals around the items we receive!β

βBest Mexican grocery in southern Chester county and that’s saying a lot given all the excellent Mexican food we have here. They bag their own dried chiles so they are much fresher than the options at every other Mexican restaurant where I have shopped. Their chiles don’t crumble into dust because they are fresher and much more fragrant for making home chile powder or chilli/stews. The homemade salsas in mason jars are delicious if a little pricey but for an occasional buy it’s so much better than even the nicer grocery store brands. Ditto for the homemade tortilla chips. If you need good ingredients for Mexican food you can’t beat Lara.β

βGreat low key little grocery spot in Avondale with decent sized parking area in the back. We shop there for produce weekly and itβs always fresh. Super friendly family that runs the place and delicious prepared foods like tamales. In a pinch theyβve got a little bit of everything. Support this small local business!β

If I got it wrong, I apologize but I was doing Instacart and the customer sent in an order maybe 10 minutes before they were closing and for whatever reason it brought me from Wilmington, Delaware, to Newark Delaware, where I passed at least two other Food Lion but Thankfully both associates helped me complete the order Michael literally again hopefully Iβm getting his name right but he helped me complete the order which had at least 50 items on the list so gold star to both of you. βThis is a very nice little taco, tostada, and quesadilla place. There are all kinds of meats and they are tasty . The restaurant is very clean and organized. Small detail: they don't provide tap water. They charge for bottled water.β

βBeen shopping here for years. I spent $150 here today, and the young white woman cashier straight up refused to help me bag up my groceries. I even brought my own bags... it slowed down the line for the customer behind me. WhyyyyStill a great store. All other staff is great. Just a bad visit.β

βI like this place, prices are better then the big chain stores especially on meat, and you donβt have to get twice as much like the big chains. If you want one or two you can get them. Not a big selection since the store is on the smaller side compared to the others But they have most everything youβre shopping for. Get this, they actually give you paper bags for your groceries and not charge you. Itβs like old school shopping before the green BS ( paper bags are completely recyclable and biodegradable, good for the environment because paper trees are planted like crops, provide fresh air for many years before being harvested then replanted.) Thank you zingos for being old school with helpful service from employees and lower prices.β
βAnything mexican here! Fresh meat,sea food and hot carnitas . They have fresh Mexican bread everyday. When you walk in, you see their reduced section where you can find bags of fruit/vegetables for $1.β
βThe store is spacious, most everyone working there is friendly. Prices are ok, but, not as good as ShopRite in Wilmington, DE
If I have the time, I will go to ShopRite. Giant is ok. In a pinch.β
