They met me at the body shop so I didn't have to worry about getting to them and then allowed me to leave the rental at the body shop once my car was ready and they would pick up. When we spoke with Eugene and explained the situation that we needed an SUV for a wedding in 2 days he was able to find us a very nice Esclade when we got there the vehicle was clean shining and ready to go the process was quick and we were off to the wedding. “This is the BEST AVIS car rental experience I have had in a long time; and it is fully because Ed at this AVIS/Budget location created such a fantastic rental experience. I felt safe; because, he wore a mask, had hand sanitizer available, and the car was clean. I had been growing increasingly jaded by AVIS of late, but Ed, at this MacDade location, has restored my loyalty in Avis. “The folks over at this location were fantastic in cleaning up the mess from another budget rental location on Baltimore pike. Long story short, the Baltimore pike location never notified me of a change in where to pick up my rental truck, never forwarded the reservation on to the Folcroft location (even though the day prior they said they would, and the folks over at the Folcroft location were left to clean up the situation. Thankfully, they ran through everything with me and got me out the door in a decent amount of time considering the circumstance.”

“The service I received was very personable and helpful. I had an issue with the vehicle I was originally assigned but Tremaine and Dae’Shawn quickly resolved the situation. The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. I took off one star with hopes that corporate will work to get this amazing team better vehicles.”
