“Zim was a great help in fixing my parent’s wedding cassette from the early 90’s, which was recorded in a difficulty. I approached him with the impression that the torn reel was irreparable, but he swiftly restored and digitized the cassette. It was so meaningful to be able to watch the video with my parents for the first time in my life 32 years later. I can’t recommend his business enough”
“Bobby helped me and my mom set up an appointment and went over everything and took so much time with us. Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. He even helped my mother understand and work her new iPhone better than I could have ever helped explain. I highly recommend seeing him and this location! “I made an appointment at Best Buy to check on the camera I purchased back in November. I have been having small issues, but because I purchased protection services, I thought I would bring it in. I was greeted by Meron, who was friendly and made sure I was all checked in and that someone who understands cameras came to meet with me. Unfortunately, I had to send my camera away to be fixed, but I was not ready for that, so Meron gave me his card to reach out when I would be able to continue with the service. Everyone was friendly and tried to make sure all my needs were met during my time there.”

“I walked in to the Concord mall Best Buy today with the intentions of canceling my Verizon plan due to their poor customer service. Luckily For Verizon, I met their representative Elijah Donald. Elijah is the standard for professionalism that Verizon( and bestbuy) needs. Not only did he help me with my issues and concerns. He was able to hook me up with an insurance plan and a new phone that was greatly needed. Best Buy has an All-Star working there and it’s definitely him.”

“Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”

Aileen took the time to work out the best deal she could offer me for transferring to T-Mobile from Verizon. I have been a 14-year Verizon customer, but I have never experienced anything close to the service and communication I received from Aileen. I would definitely recommend this location and Aileen as your contact person at the facility. I think they have the best pricing and service.”
