“AHMED IS THE GOAT!! EXCEPTIONAL!! BEFORE GOING TO TECH2GO, I CALLED ANOTHER SHOP AND THEY QUOTED $159 FOR MY BROKEN CAMERA TO BE REPAIRED AND TO CALL A DAY AHEAD OF BRINGING THE PHONE IN BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE PARTS. I WALKED INTO TECH2GO @5:30 AND AHMED VERY QUICKLY TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO COST $100 AND THAT HE WOULD THROW IN A CAMERA LENS PROTECTOR. HE SAID IT WOULD BE READY BY 7. IT WAS ACTUALLY 6:45 WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE SHOP AND FOR ANOTHER $25 HE GAVE ME A NEW GLASS FRONT SCREEN PROTECTOR AND A CUTE NEW CASE. PERIODT!! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE UNHEARD OF IN 2026. EVERYBODY SHOULD GO TO TECH2GO IN THE 6900 BLOCK OF MARKET STREET IN UPPER DARBY instead of buying a new phone. It’s as if I now have a brand new iPhone in my hand that is costing me nothing per month.🤌🏾 Oh yeah, I was going to tip him, but he told me instead of a tip, he would take the review. I just love him!”

“Many representatives are nice and helpful in store. The phone customer service representatives are rude, short, and can't explain in detail the reason you're calling about. Supervisors are even worse and hang up on you.......”

“Came here because my wrong phone got suspended. Was a little confused why the wrong line was suspended. One of the managers Corrie helped me to restore my line and suspend the right number. She was extremely helpful and kind. She also helped me with getting approved for a credit account with tmobile. I was approved and hype that I can build my credit even more by using the card to pay my phone bill. I will definitely say this was by the far the best experience I had with any Tmobile rep. I even got me the free watch offer as well.”

“Felicia provided an outstanding experience at T-Mobile. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and that I understood my options without ever making me feel rushed. Felicia is exactly the kind of person who makes you feel good about choosing a company. T-Mobile is fortunate to have her on the team. Thank you, Felicia, for such exceptional service!”
