“Lied about in stock items! I would have just purchased the living room set online but went into the store to be sure I liked it. Ralph assured me both pieces were in stock to deliver the following week. Not only did the loveseat go on backorder a few days later when my sofa arrived it was a damaged clearance floor model! I sent it back and when I called they apologized confirmed the sofa is also out of stock if I wanted a new one and gave me credit for the delivery charge. I would have been fine to wait a few weeks if Ralph had just been honest. Since clearing the space for the new furniture, I now have no living room furniture with a family of 5 for 2 weeks at minimum since I don’t have a new delivery date. I’m sorry but I do not expect this type of service from Raymour and Flanigan.
11/11/2025 *Update* ultimately I canceled my order but wanted to update my review. Everyone else I engaged with including the store manager Walter was exceptional and responsive. After an upsetting encounter with Ralph once again i think it’s safe to say this was an isolated situation. I am still a customer of Raymour & Flanigan but for this purchase I went to the main store down the road.”

“I highly recommend the La-Z-Boy store in Exton. Chris greeted me a few minutes after I walked in. I wasn’t looking for a recliner. I needed an accent chair for my family room preferably one that swivels. Chris pointed out chairs that fit my request and then left me alone to look at the chairs and try them out. After browsing, I approached Chris with some questions and showed him pictures of my room. He offered suggestions and showed me a few other types of chairs to consider and even some fabric options. He also involved Abbie who has a degree in design! . Chris was knowledgeable and friendly, and he listened and responded to my questions, concerns, and ideas. An overall pleasant and productive experience.”

“This company is a hidden gem in PA !!My wife and I were fortunate enough, to stumble into Cliff and Bobby's showroom, and we were amazed at the craftsmanship and quality. We were in the process of doing a full home renovation and we could not have picked a better place to furnish and accent our new house !We instantly began the process of securing time slots for construction of a few items.We had Cliff and Bobby make for us:-a dining room table (w/ bench and chairs)-Island counter-top-wood mantle for fireplace-couch table-barn door-coat hanger blockTheir attention to detail during this process was amazing ! Cliff took a few hours to go over everything with us, at the showroom, and stayed in constant contact, during the entire process.Cliff and Bobby have helped us furnish and decorate our dream home and we could not be more pleased with their work !!These men are TRUE craftsman and I cant wait to get started with them, on a new project.Thank you again !!”

“Service in the store was amazing. Many customers were coming back in for more of their products. We love the idea of being able to order more parts for this totally modular system when you need it. You can take all the covers off and wash. Even non cushion parts! The entire sofa can have a new make over by ordering covers. It’s well made! We ordered light cream, thinking what’s there to be afraid of now? Delivery was very good and prompt. There was a heads up so we knew to be home for the delivery. Good thing because it came in like 30 boxes and we spend a long time unpacking, pulling components out, and covering the pieces. It took at least 5 hours for a ten piece sofa. It was worth it, and we can see it’s easy for one person to do it all as well. This system is much better made than searching at discount furniture stores. If you wait for a sale, they have free financing for 12 months. If not on sale 24 months. Totally do-able for your first sofa or second or kids room. There was a slight deviation in some of the material when it (some of the cushion material looked different but they said if it’s not right they would take the material back and send new ). I can post a follow up if we are going to return it. Based on our experience so far, I will convince my other daughter to buy her next also! If they could do a 3-5 year financing I’d bet they get a lot more sales.”

I thought they represented Sleep Number training and expectations, but that is not true. They solved my problem through patience, intelligence and intention. Unfortunately, that was not true of the other representatives with whom I interacted. I believe the sales staff at the Sleep Number store in PA, 1731 Wilmington West Chester Pike is outstanding. I so appreciate their kindness, and helpfulness .”
