“We took our time making our selection over a period of about two weeks. Robert remembered us as soon as we walked through the door the second visit. There was little sales pressure, and they made us feel they were always there to service us.
Finalizing the sale and securing the financing was literally three minutes.
Robert offered private delivery companies, as this was an outlet purchase.
There was some confusion at pickup as we were not told pickup time would be at noon. We arrived at 10:15, but Adam made sure to make the pickup happen promptly with little interruption.
I need to recognize Marcus from warehouse for being pivotal to having pickup go as smooth as possible.
We are very pleased with the product as well as the purchase experience.”

“This company is a hidden gem in PA !!My wife and I were fortunate enough, to stumble into Cliff and Bobby's showroom, and we were amazed at the craftsmanship and quality. We were in the process of doing a full home renovation and we could not have picked a better place to furnish and accent our new house !We instantly began the process of securing time slots for construction of a few items.We had Cliff and Bobby make for us:-a dining room table (w/ bench and chairs)-Island counter-top-wood mantle for fireplace-couch table-barn door-coat hanger blockTheir attention to detail during this process was amazing ! She listened attentively and help us make a choice that made sense. Patreece made what began as a daunting and arduous process into a complete joy. “Service in the store was amazing. Many customers were coming back in for more of their products. We love the idea of being able to order more parts for this totally modular system when you need it. You can take all the covers off and wash. Even non cushion parts! The entire sofa can have a new make over by ordering covers. It’s well made! We ordered light cream, thinking what’s there to be afraid of now? Delivery was very good and prompt. There was a heads up so we knew to be home for the delivery. Good thing because it came in like 30 boxes and we spend a long time unpacking, pulling components out, and covering the pieces. It took at least 5 hours for a ten piece sofa. It was worth it, and we can see it’s easy for one person to do it all as well. This system is much better made than searching at discount furniture stores. If you wait for a sale, they have free financing for 12 months. If not on sale 24 months. Totally do-able for your first sofa or second or kids room. There was a slight deviation in some of the material when it (some of the cushion material looked different but they said if it’s not right they would take the material back and send new ). I can post a follow up if we are going to return it. Based on our experience so far, I will convince my other daughter to buy her next also! If they could do a 3-5 year financing I’d bet they get a lot more sales.”

I also like that they frequently rotate their displays with new arrivals and markdowns, so there’s something different each visit. Overall, this Kirkland’s is a great spot if you enjoy decorating your home and appreciate a helpful and easy shopping experience.”

My installer was thrilled with how easy this was to set up and wire compared to other competing brands. It's not on the cheaper side... they seem to have done some kind of work on all the pieces so you won't find anything inexpensive to temporarily hold you over if that was your goal. They have some unique pieces and a selection of handles you can buy to personalize your dressers.”
