“I was along for the ride with a family member while he was shopping for a king mattress. Our first visit was to gather information, and Brian did a sleep analysis on the machine and then did a thorough job explaining and showing us why he would do best with a softer mattress. He also explained the advantages of buying from Mattress Warehouse and what sets them apart from their competitors (there are many, so see or call store for details). That, combined with the excellent customer service, brought us back to Mattress Warehouse to make a purchase. On our return visit we dealt with Nancy, who was truly a pleasure to work with. She also really knew her stuff! After debating between two similar mattresses, the day after the purchase a decision was made to switch to the more expensive one. We got everything squared away with Brian's help and the updated order was still delivered in 2 days. I would highly recommend this location and will be a repeat customer.Sent from Mail for Windows”

“Working with Susan Lucci was a great experience! I had an idea (famous last words) and I needed "unbiased affirmation" that it was going to work. My family was balking at changing the layout of our family room around, but for years (decades!) I had felt that a total new arrangement, which involved committing to different furniture that would not fit in the room as it was arranged, was the way to go. I respected Ethan Allen's reputation, and on my first visit I met Susan Lucci. I'm sure she thought I was not going to come back, but she listened, and showed me everything she had to offer that may work for me, including fabric selections and wood finishes. I went home with photos and ideas that I could think about in my space, and decided that garnering her actual opinion of my space was the next step. She came out to our home, listened, measured, brought swatches, (agreed with my idea), and created an virtual plan of how the room would look that we could actually look at. I loved it! She helped me decide when I was torn between two fabric colors, or three wood finishes, etc. And she listened to what I didn't like, just as important as what you do like. I can't imagine ever working with anyone else. Susan is creative, thoughtful, professional, kind...And she loves dogs! Who would want to work with anyone else!?!PS My family LOVES the room!”

“I had an outdoor kitchen/bar put in my backyard. The installers used a Touchstone TV lift for the bar area. The lift has been great, and working flawless for almost 4 years now. The lift has been really easy to use and it’s pretty quiet. The most impressive part of my experience with this company is customer support. I had an instance where I the main controller died. I was able to troubleshoot with them and they ended up sending me a brand new controller almost 3 years into ownership for free. Fast forward almost one year later..I had a power surge and blew the power supply. They sent me one for free even though I was asking to buy one. They really stepped up and I was super impressed. I had previously sent them a few buddies who ended up making sure their installers installed Touchstone products and I’ll definitely continue to recommend them. Can’t beat the customer service.”
