“The people at member services and returns are always friendly and helpful. The cashiers are hit or miss, some are efficient and cordial and some seem annoyed to ring you up.
The products are usually a great deal, but lately I’ve run into a few issues where items are missing or are used and sold as new.
The Zevo blue light bug traps were in a multipack of two wall units with traps, plus 4 refills, but someone had stolen the 4 refills when I opened the package at home.
I bought a gourmia air fryer a few months ago as a home warming gift. When they opened it months later, it was streaked and full of crumbs. I’m not sure if a bad actor used it and returned it or if Costco doesn’t inspect returns before pulling items back on the shelves.
On the plus side, they had large house plants a few weeks ago and mine didn’t do well. I was able to return it without hassle.”

“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”
“I don't get to the store often but I was pleasantly surprised at how neatly everything was organized. There was a lot of merchandise to choose from and no line at checkout. A nice relaxing atmosphere in the store.”

“This Ross was well maintained with clothes and home goods neatly ordered. There are two fitting room but one was closed. So there was a bit of a line. Otherwise we had a good time shopping here.”

“I just had to post about my last visit.
Nothing bad, a normal visit but we were at the register and my wife asked if chimes were included in the sale since they were with all the outdoor items that were on sale. The guy said it should have a sign posted, it didn't but he went back and checked anyway. He came back with a chime, rang it up and it was on sale. The wife wanted a different chime, so we got out of line and went looking.
We came back and now there was a line, there wasn't before.
Anyway, after a bit the guy up front went to another register and started ringing up people on the other register. I think the customer had a issue with finding a coupon or something ? so he moved over to keep things moving. ??
That was when we both noticed we hadn't seen any other employees while we there.
Once we got to the register, my wife asked if their was anyone else working? He said it was just him and the manager. On a Saturday.
Anyway I just wanted to recognize the young man for his diligence in the situation.
People always want to post negative things. He was very kind and helpful to all the customers. Most situations like that, you will have a cashier not as friendly or as helpful as my guy was, and maybe even with a little attitude.

“This TJ Maxx sells off-price clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, handbags, luggage, toys, kitchenware, bedding, bath products, home decor, and more. When I shopped here, the shelves and racks were fully stocked with reasonably priced merchandise.”
“In and out quickly with the online ordering and pick up in store option. The Target on Lebanon Church Rd is usually well stocked with household essentials and health and beauty products. Rarely have they been out of something I was shopping for. Employees here have always been polite and helpful. The store is and has always been organized, neat and clean. We used to shop here often but moved. Now it's too far out of the way to regularly shop.”

She was friendly and attentive when checking me out she even helped me carry an item to my car in the rain. It brightened my rainy day! “I normally don’t write a review on big chain stores- but I absolutely had to. I live in Canonsburg so Washington TS is where I have gone since they opened many years ago. One time I waited with my little daughter for help for 40 minutes. Staff is so rude in WASHINGTON. Well I forgot to grab my horses feed- and we board near this location but have never stopped as it’s like 13 min past our location. I would drive 30 min past our location to come to this location!! I wish I knew the wonder lady cashier’s name.. but I remember the name Jeremy! They both deserve something from their employer. I was in a car accident about 3.5 weeks ago and my strength isn’t what it was so at the register I was struggling to get the bar codes/ flipping the bags. The cashier was so patient and interacting with my daughter. She promptly called Jeremy for help.. he even then went above and beyond and he walked out to the car with us- and loaded the bags of horse feed & big cat litter bags into the trunk for me- I honestly couldn’t have done it without him I used all my strength getting them in the cart lol. But SO friendly interacting with my 3 year old & talking about little ones. They both even had the same face palm reaction when she pulled a $14 dinosaur figurine by the register to buy… lol we all laughed together and she was just happy with her dinosaur!!
Thank you BOTH- and you have a new customer for life now. My horses feed + Cosequin is not cheap but I feel so much better spending it there with happy people!”

I stopped in for cosmetics and he was one of very few employees working today. He is typically working in the fragrance section near (Kate Spade and Chanel).
When he was called to assist me, that was the best thing the other passing employee did for me.
He went to work and took his time to help me find a product I needed. He even provided some tips of the trade he learned along the way from his previous job experiences; helping me to make some selections backed by science that could potentially improve the outcomes I was seeking for the future.
If you are ever in Macys and you need help; quality customer service; smiles and patience, please make sure to stop over to see my buddy Will. Tell him Tonya sent ya!”

“We were riding the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) and decided to grab pizza (not the best biking food). They have a bike lock up outside, so bring a lock, no bikes in the store. The food court area is very tight, I totally understand why they didn't allow bikes.”
