I just got my B&W Matrix 801 Series 3 speakers back, and I’m honestly blown away. I expected rebuilt woofers. What I got back were speakers that sound better than I ever remember them sounding—even compared to when they were new.
The obvious improvement is in the bass. The woofers are transformed: tighter, deeper, faster, and more controlled. But what surprised me most was everything else. The entire speaker came alive. The midrange has a richness and naturalness I hadn’t heard before. The highs are more open and effortless. The soundstage is deeper, imaging is more precise, and the music simply has more life. I’m hearing details and depth that these speakers never revealed in my system before.
What really sets Bill apart is the pride he takes in his work. Every driver is treated like a piece of craftsmanship, not just another repair. He even restored one of my vintage B&W drivers to look as incredible as it sounds. The attention to detail is remarkable.

“I happened to visit this store twice in one week on totally unrelated needs.
The first was replacing the battery on my two year old scooter. I originally contacted the OEM for a replacement battery and they did not have replacement batteries. I did not realize that the battery pack in my scooter had 'standard batteries' and were easily replaced. I thought the battery pack was a custom molded plastic case but Justin at Batteries Plus informed me that it could be disassembled and the batteries replaced. He had me in and out in 45 minutes.

At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going.
