I have to say they had me stand this foot measuring to get my pressure points for my heel / arch and size. And when I got my shoes in I put them.on on day 1 my feet never hurt again. I am so amazed at the level of customer service and accuracy of the results from the feet diagnostics. You have a customer for life.”

“Incredible experience!! Can’t recommend enough. I’m not a runner, had no idea what I was looking for and knew nothing about sneakers but needed supportive shoes for nursing school. You would never find expertise the way you do here at a large chain store!! The woman who helped us literally knew everything and it was such an easy process. I also happened to walk in during a midday rush and she was able to manage 3-4 people all at once without skipping a beat which I know must have been a challenge! Shop local it’s worth it!”

“I came in late afternoon to try on some boots I saw online, ended up falling in love with a different pair. The two staffs here this afternoon are super sweet and helpful, especially the lady with dark hair and a shining pair of Dr. Martens. She made good suggestions, and gave advices about how to select the right ones and how to take care of them. The store’s a bit small on the outside but they have a pretty decent selection. Definitely gonna come back and get my new boots here!

“Authentic vibe, supa chill staff that really know their stuff. Great selection and all of the people who work there seem to know what they're talking about because they are all skaters and they love what they do. Nice to also meet up with other skaters there and get tips and even ideas about where to skate in the area.

I began searching online and could not believe th prices from some of these places and the limited or no availability of the products, specifically Cat Footware. “Staff and store are great. But our family is noticing that sneakers are now made for looks, not for a decent fit. There are so many embellishments that most of them make today's formerly top sneakers incredibly uncomfortable. If I were DSW, I'd tell management this. Just a few years ago, sneakers were getting more and more $ worthy: both new looks + fantastic fit and comfort. Wth happened to our best sneaker companies? If you spend $100-$200 sneakers should not hurt.”
