“Excellent service both times I went here. This time I was given a 2025 Hyundai Tucson and it was really enjoyable. The employees are extremely nice especially the asian guy that was there at the front desk last Friday/This Tuesday (forgot to ask his name)”
“Amazing service...the manager really helped us out big time in giving us the best car available in a shortage of car situation. The ream truly was outstanding and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend for next time”
“I rented a 20' truck and everything was great, the service, the welcome, Great, Liliane at the counter very operational and very kind, Thank you. I recommend.”
“I rented a car and booked 1 hour lesson before my road test today. My instructor was Abraham, very nice young man who explained everything in details to help me pass my road test. I learned a lot in 1 hour and thanks to him, I finally passed my road test. Thank you Abraham!”
“Excellent experience. Both agents who helped me were friendly and efficient. They gave me an upgrade at no cost at all, the car was in immaculate shape. I paid less than online, even with the upgrade and the insurance. The whole experience was super easy and fast even for a one way rental between cities. They treated me so kindly, I will use Enterprise from now on.”
“Honestly I am really satisfied with the quality of the service I was given at Légaré over the phone. The guy who answered, William, was very helpful, he took the time to explain to me how the rentals worked, gave me different prices for different options and the quality of his customer service was top notch. We were looking for a 7-passenger vehicule, he gave me 3 options, SUV minivan or sprinter, and although it was a little bit more expansive than Enterprise, he was able to convince us by giving a very detailed list of reasons why we were paying more. He suggested I come look at the online review and although my french is not perfect, I've compared with enterprise and U-haul and Legaré has been maintaining an above-average star rating which definitively speaks for itself. When my wife finally called back to confirm everything, it was easy and simple; no headache. The vehicle was clean, the lady who made me sign the contract was very helpful, Audrey I think, and the guys outside who handed me the key were very professional. My experience was very positive and I will definitively be renting again. They have set the bar high and every other rental business should take notes here...”
“It was the first time I rented a car with the company Discount Location d'auto located in the P-A-T area and I was pleasantly surprised. Indeed, I had excellent service from the two clerks who were present on Saturday March 21. They were very courteous and attentive. In addition, the cars are quality and I haven't had any problems. Also, we can notice that the company pays attention to cleaning the vehicle both inside and outside, especially these days with the Coronavirus. I highly recommend renting with Discount and they have good prices.”
“Great experience with Enterprise Car Rental. Kevin was especially helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. He made everything quick and easy. Excellent customer service—I would definitely rent from Enterprise again!”
“The customer service experience was very good. The truck was okay but a bit of a disappointment. It was very dirty. I complained about it on delivery and they said they don't clean the trucks. That is not what they advertised on the website. Also the transmission needed maintenance. I am not sure that I would rent another truck ftom Globe”
“This is my 1st time renting with this establishment. Raymond and Tarik were fantastic. Their services were very professional, friendly and they went the extra mile to make ensure I was happy with the service. I would highly recommend this establishment. The car I received was exceptionally clean. I felt like I was driving a new car. I am definitely renting from this establishment again.”
“And once again I must say Great service .one of the employees named Ahmed made it so easy and simple amazing service great prices and brand new cars ! Thank you globe car team and Ahmed again”
“I booked a max sedan for a 10 day family trip. I called the location number a day before and requested to provide me a good car as its a longer trip with family and wanted to avoid any issues. I reached the rental address in greenfield park on the day of pick up at 8 AM. Avis team at the desk was very straight forward and recognized me from the call the day earlier. I was informed that they have upgraded the car from sedan to intermediate SUV as I requested, and at no extra cost. This was a beautiful surprise and a very kind act of AVIS team upgrading to almost a new SUV(ford escape black) with just 35000 kms on it. I felt very happy cos if it were a sedan, I would have faced a lot of difficulty in adjusting the luggage (family of four luggage). It was a smooth trip and complete trip was very comfortable. I would thank the AVIS team for such a nice response and would definitely recommend everyone to choose this location without doubt.”
“I have rented from Globe car many times, and have received the same great service and enthusiasm from the staff each time. Kudos to this Quebec company who’s doing a wonderful job with their pricing as they compete against the big car rental companies!”
“Got a Honda civic while my car was at the bodyshop. Great service, easy going, easy process and stress free. Car was new and super clean. Very competitively priced lowest PRICE. They also took care of the payment with the insurance company directly”
“Excellent service from start to finish! Friendly, professional staff, a clean vehicle, and a quick, hassle-free rental experience. Highly recommend this Enterprise location!”
“I'm here again back at this branch because the staff are very cooperative, especially LUNA in the reception she was very nice to us, they deserve five stars… thank you LUNA and all staff”
“I had an excellent experience dealing with the manger and the assistant manger of Enterprise Mascouche, You are all very kind, and very devoted to your customers! Thank you!”
“Overall, a good experience with a few problems. When picking up the car, we were offered the option of having the contract emailed to us. Thirty minutes after leaving the agency, still no contract. We wanted to confirm something on the contract, so we attempted to call the agency. After two very long holds, the calls disconnected. Finally succeeded in reaching someone on the third attempt, only to be told that the contract can take several hours to be received. After three days, still no contract. When we returned the car, the nice gentleman quickly processed the return, and we had the final closed contract via email within seconds. I've rented scores of cars from Entreprise over the years at various agencies worldwide. I still enjoy the service of Entreprise, but customer service quality is slipping. For example, it used to be that they would proactively offer to pick us up or drop us off after the rental. That hasn't happened more recently, despite still advertising this service. I fear that the customer service reputation of Entreprise will eventually drop to those of their competitors if they don't watch out.”
“Komla (BranchManager) at 1717 rue berri, enterprise branch was an EXCELLENT advisor and was very helpful throughout the rental process. Even with many customers he handled each one of us with respect and patience. I have already booked my next car rental with him and his branch. Thank you, Goutham Tulabandula”
“Well good service on time, good car. Cost me 10$ gas for 3 days . Appreciate your services, and will rent again from you all. Friendly and professional. Thanks. God bless.”
“Very comfortable and clean vehicle, Third rental and still satisfied ? Professional and pleasant staff. How lucky to be able to count on professionals of this level.”
“I had an excellent experience with Globe Location Auto. Despite the problems with payment by credit at the start of the rental, Mr. Marko did everything so that I could rent a car within the hour by offering me alternative solutions to the difficulties encountered. The team is professional, involved and pleasant, I highly recommend!”
“I had a truly excellent experience with this car rental location. Judesm Germain went above and beyond—he was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. The car was perfectly prepared and ready to go, exactly as promised. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth, with the same friendly and welcoming service. Overall, a very pleasant, stress-free experience. Highly recommend!”
“Excellent service and stuff. I ordered Ford Expedition couple months before our road trip. Unfortunately this SUV wasn't available when I came to take the car. Finally we got minivan Chrysler Pacifica. Our family trip was successful but with we planned it with an SUV. Thanks for the great service.”
“Always efficient and courteous service from Grace and all employees. With occasionally a small bonus such as a very appreciable reduction or upgrade. The best place to rent a vehicle in downtown Montreal.”
“Very satisfied with the very clean and reliable loaned vehicle. Very clear instructions for use and return conditions. The Mr who served us is very pleasant and professional. I recommend “entreprise Bld Rolland Therrien”. Downside, your branch is not easy to find among all the other damages this must serve you. I recommend you and will certainly call on you at the next opportunity.”
