Winners Décarie has a nice variety of products, including a good selection of jewelry. The store is clean and well organized, and prices are reasonable as always.
However, during our visit for jewelry shopping, the sales associate assisting us did not seem very interested in helping or showing the items, which was a bit disappointing. A little more attentiveness and customer engagement would have made the experience much better.
Overall, still a good store, but customer service in the jewelry section could be improved.”

“Me, my sister and my mother came a few weeks ago to find out about cell phone plans. We spoke with Amine in electronics who was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service. We came to see him several times and asked him several questions, he was patient and competent. We were all able to find a cell phone plan that suited us each.”

“Had a great experience during my first trip to Montreal. The store is on the smaller side but it does have quite a decent selection of bags, RTW, accessories, and more. There's also a beauty section at the basement of the mall where the store is located. I definitely wish I had more space in my suitcase because I was super tempted to get quite a few beautiful pieces they had. I did end up taking home a twilly to not go empty handed. Tian, the SA that helped me, was super sweet and helpful, as was the rest of the SAs at the store. I'll definitely make a point to stop by next time I visit, and make sure to bring extra suitcase space!”
“Not bad. They have an easy to use system to print photos and tools to decorate photos so if you want to play with styles and borders etc it will be useful for you. You can print photos in minutes and don't need to talk to anyone”
