“We took our car to this garage as it broke down just outside Montreal. We were on a weekend trip from nyc and the guys fixed it in a couple days. Really nice service and the guys were very communicative.”
“Always a safe bet, but the wait at the checkouts is always very long. At each visit, you must allow at least 10 minutes before going to checkout. The stock of men's shoes is always very limited.”

I was very disappointed that the bathrooms are closed to the clients.
Had to walk all the way to the middle of Place Versailles.
If Winner is afraid that people steal their merchandise, they should place a detector in the entrance to the bathrooms so that clients don't go in with the merchandise.
I hope that Winners changes their policy and re-open the bathrooms.”

“Good selection, but customer service could improve
Winners Décarie has a nice variety of products, including a good selection of jewelry. The store is clean and well organized, and prices are reasonable as always.
However, during our visit for jewelry shopping, the sales associate assisting us did not seem very interested in helping or showing the items, which was a bit disappointing. A little more attentiveness and customer engagement would have made the experience much better.
Overall, still a good store, but customer service in the jewelry section could be improved.”

I went to the store this morning to buy Halloween chocolate ? box that was on sale and I ask the manager he said that they've never received them .
I was on my way out and the manager came and told me to grab a box that was double the price and sold it to me for the same sale price.
That's what I call great customer appreciation and kindness.
I would recommend the store and especially the manager 5 on 5 .

“Not my personal favorite Winners location however, as others have noted, the convenience is appreciated. Smaller footprint store with a smaller men's selection of offerings. From the street, this location can be difficult to find and clearly I am not alone as several people on the sidewalk could not find the entrance. Did not have any interaction with staff on my visit. Store was clean and bright.”
