“Whilst I can't give BMO in general a good review, this branch definitely came through for me. After losing my online banking access 3yrs ago I have been trying to access my account from overseas. It was getting to the point that I was seriously considering flying 24hrs back to Montreal to get it sorted. As a last ditched effort, I asked a friend to walk into a branch for me. She was able to go on a Saturday, which made it a lot easier for her to not have to take time off work and much easier for the time difference so I could be on the phone. Within 15 mins, Paul had clear next steps, and a week later my savings was received by my overseas bank. The relief of having this resolved is immense. Such a great experience. It's just disappointing it took this action and 3years to resolve my issue.”
