“Pinnacle Discount Center has a wide variety of TVs. Well, I had a problem with my TV that my family brought for me back in December 2023. It just went out, no picture, no sound, nothing. So I called the manufacturer. They told me because the TV was bought at a TV Discount Center that wasn't on the manufacturer's list. This manufacturer will only replace TVs that are bought at bigger stores like best buy, walmart, and targets or any other store that has a TV department. Since Pinnacle Discount Center wasn't one of those stores they could not help me or send me a new tv. They told me to go back to the store where the TV was bought. So I called Pinnacle Discount Center thinking that they would be more than happy to help me. I was sadly mistaken. It was a very upsetting experience with this place. I was having problems with my phone at the time I called so the salesperson that answered couldn't hear me, because my phone service was going in and out a lot. So I raised my voice a little bit and said can you hear me now, can you hear me? Over and over again. The sales person that answered the phone hung up on me. So I called him back and told him what happened to my TV and of course the phone was going in and out again. He couldn't hear me. So again I just raised my voice a little, mind you, so he can hear me. But again he thought I was yelling at him. When I wasn't trying to. So he said to me, if you are going to yell at me I'm going to hang up on you and that's just what he did, hung up on me again. I wasn't trying to argue with him. I was very upset that he hung up on me. That's it. I wasn't angry at all . The phone was going in and out I raised my voice just a little bit so he can understand me and he hung up on me. No patience whatsoever. So I called back again and ask to speak to the manager of the store. When the manager came on the phone he sounded very frustrated and a little angry with me before he even heard me explain my side of the story. Doug was very frustrated. I got so upset and nervous because this guy just lost it with me over the phone this guy Doug the manager. He made me even more upset and nervous. All I was doing was trying to explain to him what happened in my own words. And he did everything possible to stop me from explaining. Doug just didn't want to hear it. But that's okay, I'm not mad at him. I guess he's doing his job. I guess Doug got mad because I did tell him that the salesperson that hung up on me twice should be fired. Maybe that's what did it to Doug, I don't know. But anyway, all this was a big and I mean big misunderstanding. The manager Doug did not have any patience for a customer. So he told me to bring the TV in and he would exchange it since the manufacturer couldn't help me. 4 days later I brought the TV in to Pinnacle Discount Center. I thought by this time everything would be all done and over with and everything has calmed down. But no, Doug started talking to me about what happened 4 days earlier. I didn't say a word. I did not want to go back there and start an argument about what happened earlier. But I did keep my cool and just let Doug get it all out, so he could feel better. All I wanted was to exchange my TV, not argue. Hey doug! Let It Go, it's okay the manufacturer couldn't help me, but you did! So thank you and may God bless you and yours always.”

I find all of the important items we need - paper towels, plastic utensils, mixed candy, cheese and crackers, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner, etc. I always find something extra to throw in like kind bars and mandarin oranges.If I had more storage space at home I would probably shop here more often. This location is in Massachusetts so they have a wine and liquor area.”

“I really usually hate coming to this location the people that are usually there just make you not want to be there && only go when I’m tired to don’t feel like traveling further and it’s close by ..but I went there wed night . When Ashley was working . I had to switch my daughters line to another phone after she broke hers. There was only one person when I got there && within minutes the store filled with 5 more & Ashley was the only one there and it was about an hour to til closing . She was so friendly and helpful to every single customer . She really went above and beyond and made my whole experience great , since I wasn’t happy mt daughter broke her phone to begin with . Thanks again Ashley. Would come here if there were more friendly staff like her.”

“The Providence Mall T-Mobile store manager, Barbara and the store staff are the most respectful people that you could find in the T-Mobile stores around Rhode Island. I bought a phone from a store on bald Hill in Warwick and I wanted to return it back, but the Rep in the store did not want to help me he just didn’t care. I called costumer care and They lead me to the store in Providence Place Mall. These guys are amazing. You can trust them and you can definitely come here to buy from them rather than going to stores that will not help you when running into a problem in the future. “I know it's sort of weird to review a T-Mobile but I wanna say this location in particular is probably one of the best ones I've ever been to. The customer service is spectacular and they really know what they're talking about and were able to answer all our questions and concerns with our plan. The process of trading in my iPhone XS Max for the new iPhone 15 was remarkably smooth. The staff guided me through each step, ensuring that I understood the terms of the trade-in and helping me choose the best plan for my needs. We got our plan sorted and a new phone all in same day and it didn't even take an hour. And I gotta say the transition to my new iPhone was seamless. Thanks to the assistance of the T-Mobile team, I felt as though I hadn't changed my phone at all. Everything from transferring my data to setting up my new device was handled efficiently, allowing me to start enjoying my new iPhone right away. “BJ's Wholesale Club in Seekonk, MA used to be my go to BJ's Wholesale Club, but since the news of the Washington Bridge, I've been going to the BJ's Wholesale Club in Johnston, RI more often. However, since I was in the area I stopped by this location. Due to the fact that this location is in MA, beer, wine and liquor is also sold inside. There are plenty of parking spots. The gas station is connected to the wholesale club which makes it super convenient to get gas and items all in one stop. Staples, Hobby Lobby, Panera Bread, and Raising Cane's are within walking distance from BJ's Wholesale Club. The aisles order and items in BJ's Wholesale Club in Seekonk, MA is similar to other BJ's Wholesale Club. I recommend downloading the BJ's App. It is an easy way to clip coupons and find items in store. I even used the price checker function on the app a few times. It is very useful. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.”
