“I was lucky to work with the Store Manager/Aidan Howe. Amazing experience, to say the least. He was so helpful; listening to what I wanted (as well as my family’s questions and concerns in trying to help me). Aidan took that information, and with his expertise in phones, accessories , phone plans, and internet ( something I already had from another company and wasn’t planning on addressing), and now I have a much better phone, internet and service. The biggest surprise is that with all this combined. I’m now at a considerably LOWER price than what I was originally paying. Definitely….ask specifically for Aidan Howe when you are there. He’s a wealth of knowledge!

“My husband and I came in today to transfer my phone to his plan and set up a business account. We worked with Justin and he was amazing. He talked us through the best prices and deals and helped us upgrade both of our phones. He was so informative and thorough. He was also extremely patient with our newborn who was a bit fussy throughout the process. He really made sure we were 100% taken care of. I don’t remember the last time we had such great customer service. I can’t recommend Justin enough he truly is the best.”

“Not to be dramatic or anything but Cellular Medic literally saved my whole life from spiraling into disarray (aka Im a millennial and dropped my phone resulting in a totally damaged display and obliterated screen). I felt like a fish without water or a plant that couldn’t properly photosynthesize my lawd (yes, this is the less dramatic version of events). I had gotten one quote from one other local repair shop for substantially more, a lower quality screen, and I’d have to wait until the next day for parts to come in. Cellular Medic went above and beyond to get what they needed and get my repair taken care of within 1.5 hours of me coming in on my hands and knees. They gave me a beyond reasonable price and performed a high quality service. I am eternally grateful and will recommend them to anyone who falls on low times like myself.”

“Had a great experience with Jonathan at the Boost Mobile store on Lonsdale Avenue. Just bought a new iPhone 15 and took it to the store for activation. There was some difficulty because my service is through Boost Infinite which is somewhat different from the regular Boost Mobile. Jonathan opened a chat with customer service and got them to send me an e-sim which allowed me to activate the new phone. Really appreciate the time he took to do this even while dealing with other customers.”
